Bungalows Maspalomas Oasis Club - All Inclusive.

Un lugar donde repetir sin lugar a dudas.Mi experiencia fue muy positiva. En una estacia de casi 1 mes, el trato siempre excelente por parte del personal, en especial de Belén del servicio de limpieza, cuya amabilidad y disponibilidad siempre presente en todo momento

Het is een fijne plek om te verblijven. We hadden voor het eerst een all-inclusieve arrangement, dit is prima bevallen. Ieder dag andere gerechten, waaruit je kon kiezen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maspalomas heeft fantastische duinen!

We've been coming to this hotel now for a few years but unfortunately this has been the worst stay ever and I can't wait to get home! Firstly, we always book a standard bungalow and it's around the pool. This year we did the same, booked a standard bungalow expecting to be around the pool area again, but when we arrived we were told that they have changed the pricing system and there are three different price ranges! Although all the bungalows are the same, they've done nothing to them , if we wanted our normal one we would have to pay another €125 ! Reluctantly we paid only to find out they had actually taken out the bath and replaced it with an un usable shower! It didn't drain and every time you had a shower it flooded the whole bathroom! When I told reception he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away! Apparently our room, which has not changed except for the ridiculous shower, is no longer called a standard room, it's called a superior room! There is no kids club as stated, or evening entertainment at all. Only saw the animation lady do aerobics in the pool once, and shooting once. Oh, and there was a'fashion' show one afternoon! Secondly, the food! It is awful! It's the worst it's been in the last 7 years we have been coming here! So now not only did we have to pay extra to get our normal room, we had to go out to eat at least once a day! The staff are all helpful.and friendly but the food is terrible. Thirdly, it seems there was a local football tournament on and lots of the teams and their families were staying here. Probably we'll over 100 children, not a problem in itself, as this is a family hotel. The problem we had was these kids were left to run riot day and night. Smashing pool cues on the pool table trying to break them, jumping all over the air hockey table, running over people's sun beds, hands all in the food, shoving people out of the way and never being told off! We even caught them going through our washing drying on the airer on the first night they arrived! The kids and parents made loads of noise well after midnight and it seems the staff are too scared to say anything to them! The kids were getting soft drinks from the machine then just throwing them on the floor as a game, and again nothing was said! We've been here before when people are sitting outside their rooms quietly talking and security has stood up a reception from 11.50 watching and as soon as midnight came they told them to go in. The other evening the Spanish adults were all sitting out singing and shouting gone midnight. When my husband went to complain at 12.20 the security just said 'oh, has it gone past midnight?' Seems they are all to scared to say anything to these people. Even the lifeguard gave up and went home without putting the sunbeds back as they usually do. We are all told every night the pool shuts at 7pm, but the Spanish don't seem to think that applies to them as some were still swimming at 10pm. We have already cancelled next year'

We were pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews. Yes the foods abit repetitive and the entertainment guy was abit creepy!!! But the staff really are lovely.... the bar man knew our drinks after a couple days and the nights round the bar were great! Fab location. I think we would return. You get what you pay for and we were happy with our holiday!

Weve been here 4 times for a 2 star this complex is very good, cleaning staff bar staff and reception staff spot on. Food variable on quality but you wont starve.. and like previous reviews pedro is brilliant on the bar... well done , food could be better but atmosphere is brilliant

Here for Xmas, food is ok, after 7 days, sadly cooked food left out over a three hour service, is held on either non- functioning or faulty hot plates, green lights were on but they were so cold, after demonstrating the concern, with laying my hands on them, asking staff, they shrugged shoulders and walked off. Not impressed.keeping food below holding temperatures is a good food hygiene risk. Although. A domestic size Microwave was in the room, however practically no one was using it. Signage was poor.

Been here several times and it never disappoints us Clean polite and small place with a friendly no hurry atmosphere Food is always nice even though somewhat limited in change of menu The pool bar is good too with free local spirits and beer We will be back

Ci siamo capitati x caso, partenza decisa in fretta, ma nel complesso tutto bene, soprattutto perche' ci è costato piu o meno come il solo alloggio, ed abbiamo preso all-inclusive. E' una struttura molto semplice purtroppo accanto ad un terrapieno non curato. Chiaramente la qualita' del cibo non è Top ma abbiamo sempre trovato soluzioni buone per rifocillarci,il ristorante funziona come un self service: prendi tu, scegli il tavolo e a fine pasto, sgomberi tutto, ma I Camerieri sono presenti, gentili e solerti a farlo loro se non vuoi. Comodissimo avere le bevande incluse e openbar, soprattutto per le Birre e un onesto Vino Tinto. Gli alloggi mostrano un po gli anni ed il livello basic, ma avevamo un DELUXE a due piani e con lettini prendisole sia al pianterreno/patio che è esposto a Ovest , sia sul balconcino al primo piano che è esposto ad Est per cui: abbiamo sempre goduto il sole e la privacy. E' frequentato da tedeschi ed inglesi non giovanissimi, per cui il ns soggiorno è stato molto tranquillo (in verita' era quello che ci serviva) . La Zona piscina è tenuta bene, la mattina lo staff provvede alla pulizia, in maniera molto discreta e mai rumorosa (ottobre). Per la forma della struttura, si rincorre un po' sole/ombra durante il giorno intorno alla piscina. A 2 minuti , troverete anche l autobus che porta direttamente all aeroporto o al Faro di Maspalomas (che dista 10-15 min.a piedi/ e camminare Ovunque a Gran Canaria è sempre piacevole: natura, cura urbana e temperatura sempre gradevole)

I am going to give this what I feel is a fair review. This is our 5th time back here spanning over 8 years.. Sadly I will not be returning after this time. They have spent money putting in air conditioning and tidied up some of the garden with stones in between. The accommodation is basic but ok and clean. The waiting staff and cleaners work VERY hard I am not sure about anyone else, lazy comes to mind . The atmosphere was not that great. I am unsure if they are not so keen on the English now. No entertainment even though there is supposed to be. The food well I am not a fussy eater but honestly it is dire. I don't know what has happened to this place it is so sad. I can no longer recommend it as I think money would be better spent elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
