Veranda Paul et Virginie Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

The staff is incredibly attentive and made sure that we were well taken care of. The views are beautiful. We struggled a bit with the food as we found it bland in the first couple of days, but this picked up in the last four days of our stay. Our family of four adults had an amazing stay and we would return

General service was great, staff friendly and kind. Wonderful food and bar staff. Rooms were great and Renou our housekeeper was friendly and did a fab job! Great view and peaceful setting. We were well looked after and will def be back again in the future! Sad to be leaving your resort today

Renou, from housekeeping, did an exelent job. She was so sweet and kind and we always came back, to a really clean and welcoming room. We arrived in the beginning og the cyclone Belal, and therefore everything was upside down. The food in the restaurants buffet wasn’t really good.

They have a really Wonderful Barkeeper/ Barista working for them - he‘s really hardworking and super Nice! The staff from the restaurant is pretty lazy to be honest. It‘s really cool that you can do snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddling included in all inclusive. The Location is BEAUTIFUL! What i don‘t understand - you have to sign every receipt although you have all inclusive… so i signed about 100 receipts with 0€ for every Drink at the bar or the restaurant … please make the all inclusive people wear bracelets or something so one doesn‘t have to sign every single receipt … that‘s non sense

Fantastic hotel with extremely service minded personnel and a magic sea view The coco shak corner made so good crepes every afternoon made by an always smiling service minded lady. Having dinner at the evenings right by the sea at le saint geran restaurant was fantastic as well. The people in the bar was extremely service minded and always with a smile! I really recommend this hotel. The support from the staff in the reception was also on top level where they helped us with boat trip tours and everything else we needed . We took all inclusive which was a good choice!

Very lovely short stay, 4 nights, at this hotel in October 2023. Room was very comfortable with a lovely sea view, where if you're lucky you can see whales swimming the other side of the reef. Food very good, whether at the buffet restaurant, the lunch time bar or the a la carte restaurant. Only negative was the number of stray dogs wandering around the property, and the number of guests feeding them despite the requests not to.

We liked the friendliness and courtesy of the staff; we always had the impression of being welcome; Regarding cleanliness (cockroaches) and condition of sunbeds, mould in the bathroom, we contacted the operator of Paul & Virgine but have not received a reply to date. This is the text we sent to the hotel operator on 30.08.2023: Complaint We are guests in your hotel Veranda Paul &Vergine RoomNo 122, August 25th - September 2nd. 1) today at dinner we were disgusted by three cockroaches running across the floor of the dining room - furthermore 2) there is black mould in our shower which is also very unhygienic - 3) the plexiglass doors to take out the salad are broken and have to be pushed open and closed by all the guests - this is also unappetising - 4) some of the sun loungers are so broken and worn out that it hurts to lie on them - this is unfortunately not an appropriate standard either 4) some of the sun loungers are so broken and worn out that it hurts to lie on them - unfortunately, this is not up to a reasonable standard. A good resort for the price but there aren't really enough sun loungers around the pool or the beach. Guests block them early morning which is not great unless you sink to that level. Air conditioning in room often not really effective and they seem to switch it off in the gym. Nice location with a small beach. Staff very friendly, making our stay a pleasant one
