Our stay was very pleasant. Love it’s location, everything really close (Restaurants, 4 corner town, theater Yaguez). Will stay again.

This hotel is a small unique hotel in the middle of town near the “plaza”, the theater and many interesting restaurants. The hospital Perea is within 5 min walk- also a great advantage for any emergency. The staff at the hotel are very personable. There is someone at the entrance lobby 24/7 and the hotel is kept very clean.

New hotel. Surprisinlytiny full bed. Small spaces!, imposible to walk without bumping into each another. everything is small and minimalist. But worse, do not expect to rest in the tiny bed, the pool is exactly facing the rooms in a courtyard and you can hear every word and scream of children and adults from 8:30 am until 9 pm. Impossible to rest !!!!!

The rooms are small but very modern and clean. Nice indoor pool.Overall nicely maintained.

At first glance it looks like a nice facility. The area surrounding the hotel looks rundown with boarded buildings. We stayed for 6 nights and not once did housekeeping clean the room. They made the beds and gave us linens only. The white linens need to be replaced since they look stained and no longer white but dingy. I spoke to the front desk twice about this. I was told the room would be cleaned and when I arrived that evening the room has not been cleaned, the towels were not refreshed and the bed looked like a 5 year old made it. We worked out daily in the morning and one of the days there weren’t any clean linens and it looked like someone forgot to clean the dirty linens from the day before because the small funny basket they provide was full. The pool looked like it needed to be scrubbed and the air conditioners above the pool were leaking water into the pool. Another night we arrived late and didn’t have parking in any of the allowed parking lots, I was told they were very close to capacity. However I mentioned that some of the cars did not have the yellow tag in the dashboard and he said maybe they forgot. When we reached the 6th floor where we were staying the floor was almost completely empty. It was a Saturday and I believe there were unauthorized cars in the lot. I reached out via email to the general manager but I have not received a response. I will be contacting corporate because my stay was not enjoyable.

Great location, friendly and professional stuff, clean and comfortable rooms. The whole experience was great.

booked 2 rooms; one was next to bedroom turned ‘fitness center’. was kept awake from 5am with guests chatting and going in and out fitness center. hotel didn’t care. ac didn’t work well- had to unplug to then replug as the wall controller didn’t seem to work.

great place, only parking space was not free. everything else was good.

The hotel has its own parking space and its location is in a convenient spot to restaurants. Staff members are really nice, helpful, and responsible.

Great little property in the center of town. Walking distance to everything around the area. When im back i will stay here again
