No flexibility from hotel side. We took 4 rooms with an extra bed in one of the rooms. Extra bed charges are unreasonably high at 763. Since we took 4 rooms, we asked the Manager to waive off extra bed charges which he accepted. However while checking out, the receptionist said that they didn’t accept any waiver. Receptionist kept responding in a careless and indifferent manner. I will not stay again in this hotel. There are much better hotels in Mayiladuthurai. This hotel needs to be avoided just for the careless attitude of the reception staff and the management.

Loved the stay, it's all comfortable, well maintained for what i expected. Good for both families and couple. But pricey but you won't regret.

Hotel is new, well maintained with friendly staff. Close to mayuranathaswamy temple. Breakfast was ok.

One of the worst hotel where we have stayed in the recent past. Though the tariff includes complimentary b/f, it is nothing short of a bait to lure travelers. Breakfast timings as we were told at the time of check in are 7.30-9.00 am but to our dismay, started at 7.45 and closed at 8.30 am ! Spread was nothing to speak about. Evening tea / coffee was made available strictly only after 4 pm. We were made to feel as if we were staying in a Military controlled hotel. On location, it is a good 1.5 kms from the market place and even couple of good restaurants are located at a 15 minutes walk.

For a small town its a decent place to stay if u can tolerate a sub standard bathroom shower and floor intranet password was too long and didn't work didn't bother to query depends on what your looking for on the whole average

The room was very good. Though we had to ask for few clean ups but there were no issues in my stay of 3 days. The staffs were courteous and kind enough to support for any request we made. The place is just close to mayuranathar temple and the pond is just next to the hotel.

I think it is one of best hotel in mayiladurai with excellent service. The hotel is value for money and their service is pretty good. Room cleanliness is good.

It was a pleasant stay with good room service. The rooms were clean and the restroom were spacious and clean. Had a beautiful temple visit and they helped us arrange transport.

The room was as expected and shown on web. Rooms were clean. Staff were very supportive. In house cafeteria is available but we didn't try anything, so cannot comment on that. Would recommend to pp l coming for pilgrimage etc.
