Isolabella B&B

We are a couple. When we arrived we were given a family room. The mattress ( foam mattress) in double bed sagged in middle. The shower was leaking badly. We contacted Ylenia and she came very promptly. She explained there was somebody coming the following day to fix the shower . We insisted on a different room with comfortable bed and functioning shower . She brought us to another room which was very small, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked.It was not a nice room as the window was high up, you would have to climb on bed to look out the window. The next morning Ylenia showed us two other rooms that she had in the same building. Both rooms were much nicer than either of the rooms we were in. My husband and I were very angry, why couldn’t Ylenia have given us one of these nicer rooms. We were given the worst room in building and then the second worst room. We very very disappointed with our stay.

Eneter through a lovely courtyard with two restaurants into a moorish hall and grand staircase to the rooms. Well appointed rooms with Juliet balcony and large bathroom. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A shared area for breakfast and sitting and reading many of the books and information offered. Highly recommended. Grazie Mille, Gary and Kim, Brighton, UK

Very modern and confortable room in an old palazzo in the old city. Check in and communication was straightforward. Everything was good, from the bed and the wifi to bathroom.

Pessima colazione e brioches surgelate nei due giorni sempre bruciate. Il secondo giorno dopo averne prese una a persona , la madre della figlia che gestisce il b&b ha pensato bene di togliere il vassoio , forse pensava ne avremmo preso ancora . Altro che colazione a buffet , inoltre poca scelta .

Ambiente molto bello. Stanza ampia . Buoni servizi . Posizione ottima centrale, vicinissima a tutto ciò che occorre. Il B&B presenta colazione inclusa dolce/salata, purtroppo scarsa non per la quantita' , ma per la qualità perché in Sicilia ci si aspetta qualcosa di tradizionale ..avendo appena trascorso tre giorni a Marsala in un hotel bellissimo e con una colazione molto di pregio ( il Vecchio Marsala),non mi aspettavo prodotti confezionati (x es . Per il salato poche fette di mortadella confezionata con pan cereali confezionato, idem per il dolce ).Non viene rifatta la camera ( almeno nel mio caso ) Personale cortese e disponibile

Ambiente molto bello. Stanza ampia.Buoni servizi . Posizione ottima e veramente centrale, per chi vuole visitare il centro storico e per chi vuole passare le giornate nella vicinissina spiaggia. Vicinissimo a ristoranti e locali. Il B&B prevede la colazione dolce/salata, purtroppo scarsa non per quantita', ma per qualità, infatti presenta solo prodotti confezionati .. per il salato 5 fette confezionate di mortadella e pane a fette, tipo panbianco ai cereali confezionato, idem per il dolce. Non viene rifatta la camera ( almeno per i gg on cui ho soggiornato (4 gg e 3 notti) Personale comunque cortese e disponibile
