"The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from the airport, next to a McDonald's and restaurants, and within a 5-minute walk of convenience stores and a mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our requests. Happy hour offered free unlimited canned beer (7 varieties) and snacks. The room was spacious and clean with ample amenities, although it was disappointing to find several strands of cleaning staff hair in the bathtub. Despite its proximity to the airport, the free shuttle bus was a lifesaver in this hot region. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting McAllen in the future!"

"Great location for shopping~! The location is really great. It also includes breakfast, so it's a great value for money place!! However, the restaurant is small.. There were so many breakfast customers that I had to wait in line for a long time to eat breakfast."

"It was very convenient to use as it was close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. There were plenty of beds, and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff in the lobby was also very friendly. There was ample parking so it was easy to use. The surroundings were quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably at night. If I visit McAllen again with my family, this is an accommodation I would like to use again next time."

"It's not a hotel, it's a motel. Even on a hot day, the room still had a strong musty smell. Room cleanliness was acceptable; housekeeping is done every morning at 10 am. There's a microwave and refrigerator, but breakfast isn't provided. Besides the hotels directly opposite the airport, this is the second closest. It's just a short walk from the airport through La Plaza Mall. No shuttle service is provided! Aside from being close to the mall for easy meals, everything else is quite average."

"This hotel wasn’t overflowing with fancy stuff, but we were just hoping for a comfy place to crash, and it was delivered nicely! I’d totally recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and tidy stay. Oh, and a sweet surprise was that the internet was super fast!"
