"At 6:45 in the evening, we waited 40 minutes for five margaritas, one gin tonic one mojito and one Caipirinha. They cane in dribs and drabs without much taste if alcohol. The caipirinha was a caipirospo with rum. I have drunk this drink for 40 years and I know the difference if they just said we don’t have Cachasa I would’ve drunk tequila. After an exaggerated weight with cocktails coming here there and everywhere and never arriving we paid the bill (they took off the Caiparinia) we still paid 140 euros. We are a group of a certain age with a certain amount of money to soend. The hotel could have had us to stay another time we were checking it out to see what service was like. It was a really really bad service. They need to change their ways and tell @Adrian this is not good marketing. We won’t be going back we won’t be staying there and we won’t be seeing any of your chain of hotels. You never know who is in your hotel and who you are serving in any type of service industry it doesn’t matter that a bar man was down it doesn’t matter that the waitress was lovely. They should’ve said from the outset we are a barman out. It’s going to be a 45 minute wait in that case we could’ve decided to stay or go. we could’ve come back the next night but not telling us meant we will bot come back."

"I decided to treat my daughter to a spa treatment during our visit to Mahon. I’ve been to a fair few spas in my time, but nothing has ever come close to the absolute perfection of the Illa Spa. Firstly, the women who gave us our massages were fantastic. You can tell when someone is just going through the motions of giving a massage, but I really felt like everything was being done with the utmost care and regard by my masseuse and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. The facial was equally good, and we were both blown away by how wonderful we felt at the end of it. We were led down to the spa, which is in a spectacular vaulted rock cavern under the hotel. It was incredible, but none of the photos I’ve seen can really do it justice. We spent a happy hour there, and felt completely rejuvenated at the end of it. If you want to pamper yourself in a place of beauty and serenity, then the Illa Spa is the place to go, I’m retuning next year with both of my daughters and we cannot wait."

"Отель очень удачно расположен, прекрасные виды из баров, бассейнов и из нашего номера. Всего несколько минут ходьбы – и вы на песчаном пляже. Рядом супермаркеты и несколько ресторанов. Сам район очень тихий, но приятный. В номерах не было много места для хранения вещей, включая ящики и т. д., но всё было очень чисто и работало исправно. Ежедневная уборка была отличной. Завтрак в этом отеле также был включён в стоимость нашего бронирования. Был прекрасный выбор блюд, включая свежие омлеты, которые мне очень нравятся. Был широкий выбор хлеба, выпечки, хлопьев, горячих блюд, соков, чая и кофе. Напитки в отеле тоже очень хорошие. Бедный район очень тихий, с прекрасным видом на пляж внизу. В целом, я бы рекомендовал этот отель, однако, если вы ищете что-то оживлённое, он может вам не подойти. Нам он показался очень спокойным, что было как раз то, что мы искали."

"Fabulous venue, with excellent customer attention and service. The rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The Resturant area is also stunning and quaint. Where there could be improvement is the food value for money. Very small portions for the cost and even though the food quality was ok, it could/should but much better for the venue and overall cost. The driveways in/out of the main venue and to the sunset bar could be improved to heighten the experience. Overall, we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the athletics and houses."
