My Hotel Milano

The room was basic but was very clean.The owner despite not knowing much English was very welcoming and helpful.wifi was excellent.Breakfast was rather late for me at 8 and limited by British standards.My room was noisy until midnight from external noise from nearby flats.hotel was difficult to find but was very close to underground and bus stops

An excellent family run hotel where attention to personal detail of their guests was second to none. Milena and her mother were wonderful hosts and we can’t wait to return to their hotel. Have just returned to the UK having spent a long weekend in Milan, Italy. Hotels in Milan for the weekend of our visit were very expensive and few available at a respectable price due to Milan fashion week. After many searches on various web sites I found My Hotel Milano was available and in a area where the central tourist sites were either a metro, bus or walk away. Once booked I contacted the hotel directly as we were not going to be arriving until 00.30 hrs of the morning. This was absolutely no issue and being a family run hotel they gave me a procedure where the front door entrance key was left in a secure location at the hotel. Inside the key safe was the procedure to gain access and locate our room key in the reception area. Once inside the hotel our room key was available to collect from the un-manned reception desk and a description of the procedure to get to our room and times for breakfast. Regarding the room we had was a double room with en-suite shower cubicle. Shower gel and hand wash was available for use and were of a good quality. The room had a safe and plenty of space to either hang clothes within a wardrobe or place clothes in draws. There was a desk and chair in the corner along with a tv for use. I can’t comment on the tv as we did not use it during our stay. The breakfast was a continental breakfast and everything was fresh and tasty. Coffee and tea was readily available and during the day or night you could help yourself to either hot or cold drinks from the restaurant area. As for the location of the hotel, as I said earlier, it is very close to both bus and metro stops. They are within walking distance, bus approximately 2 minutes & metro is approximately a 10 minute walk in a very safe suburban area. There are a variety of restaurants within a 10 minute walking radius of the hotel and the ones we visited were excellent. Finally a special mention should be given to Milena and her mother. They run the hotel and honestly the reason I will definitely re visit their hotel is because they were very warm and welcoming at all times and nothing was too much trouble. When ever we were in their presence they were continually asking if everything was good with the hotel and our room and asking if we needed anything. At breakfast they served our table with a friendly smile and that same smile was there on our arrival back at the hotel after we’d been out exploring. On the basis that My Hotel Milano is a 2 star hotel, with the special care Milena and her mother give the guests the 5 stars treatment. I did say I personally would give them 10 out of 10 for their love and care to their guests but I couldn’t as it was well worth 11 out of 10. Safe, quiet, very convenient location. Sr, Franco waited for me until midnight, when I arrived from the airport, with a warm welcome and smile.

Petit hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses, sdb petite avec douche minuscule. Les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure, bruit des voisins le matin. Pas de climatisation donc avec les fenêtres ouvertes , réveil à 5 h du matin à cause du bruit. Petit déjeuner sommaire: thé/café, biscottes , confiture, qq viennoiseries de grandes surfaces. A 5 min à pieds d'une station de métro, plus de 30 min à pieds du centre ville. Taxe de séjour de la ville à régler en espèces pour 3 nuit ça nous a fait 18€. Accueil agréable

Esta muy bien ubicado, conecta rápidamente con el centro. 15 minutos en metro, 40 minutos andando. El servicio impresionante, personal muy amable y diligente, tuvimos retraso para uno de nuestros vuelos y aún así, se pudo gestionar el check-in fuera de hora. Desayuno aceptable y habitación confortable, la única sugerencia sería poner gel de ducha dentro de la misma, para no usar sólo gel de manos. Aunque considerando lo caro que es todo en Milano, este es un detalle pequeño.

Ho scelto quest'hotel perché vicinissimo a casa di mio figlio . La proprietaria e la figlia sono state molto gentili e disponibili. Purtroppo mancava l'ascensore e anche portare su un trolley è stato per me faticoso. La stanza pulita ma mancava l'aria condizionata e c'era solo un ventilatore pertanto ho sofferto molto il caldo . Il bagno ,piccolino, e senza bidet ed i prodotti da bagno insufficienti. Il prezzo elevato per un 2 stelle e servizi, in effetti si paga la posizione

Camera sporchissima. In particolare il bagno molto sporco, peli ovunque. Doccia rotta. Manca il bidet. Moquette maleodorante ovunque. Manca l'aria condizionata. Colazione pessima, scarsa, tutto confezionato e di bassa qualità.
