Apparently, this location has changed ownership. The new owner does not keep the complementary breakfast supply up for the quantity of guests. Every morning they were running out of breakfast before the time of breakfast was completed. Pets were allowed to stay at the hotel, but we’re not kept quiet, which was disturbing for us while staying there. The heating unit in our room was too noisy and would not be repaired while we stayed so we had to move to another room after our first night. Staff seemed to be confused or unsure about policies about rooms being straightened up or clean each day. We were VERY disappointed and will NEVER stay there again! A sign about breakfast supplies was posted to give feedback to an Owner/Manager. I hope this feedback to ******* will have some impact on future guest experiences.
