Я так благодарен, что мне удалось забронировать этот отель, когда мой первый рейс задержали около полуночи, и я не смог успеть на следующий рейс домой. Благодаря trip.com мне удалось забронировать номер мгновенно, и я просто пошел в отель прямо через T3. Хорошо выспался перед тем, как сесть на следующий рейс домой в полдень. Персонал на стойке регистрации был дружелюбным и проявил сочувствие, и дал мне хороший номер на тихой стороне отеля.

забронировал этот отель, так как он находится недалеко от аэропорта, так что это хорошее место, чтобы остановиться за день до моего вылета! Номер был очень просторным и чистым, и из моего окна была видна взлетно-посадочная полоса. Быстрая и беспроблемная регистрация заезда и выезда. Удалось заселиться пораньше и выехать поздно :)

Банные полотенца очень изношены. Люди были очень милы. Дополнительный завтрак немного вводит в заблуждение, поскольку он означает только то, что вы можете съесть 25 канадских долларов на человека, и, скорее всего, вам придется доплатить за полный завтрак. Расположение очень хорошее, если вам нужно что-то сделать рядом с аэропортом.

Останавливались здесь много раз. Очень красиво, очень чисто и удобное расположение, всем рекомендую.

Люблю расположение! Всегда! - но было бы неплохо иметь в номере хотя бы пару тапочек и халат.

Чистый отель .. дружелюбный персонал, отель соединен с аэропортом, хорошая звукоизоляция Хорошо подходит для прибытия поздним рейсом или ранним утренним рейсом

I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

... everything was fine, except for the fact that the BREAKFAST INCLUDED coupon is limited to certain items and monetary value, it is printed on the coupon but a reminder by waiters would be helpful.

Travelling out of terminal 3 on a long haul flight, this was the most useful location.

My family stayed for an overnight layover that was too brief to actually visit the city. Check-in staff were welcoming and warm - they put my wife and my young sons in a room facing the runway so the boys could watch the planes. Room was clean and well-stocked. Prompt room service. Traveling with layovers can be stressful with young children but this hotel removed a lot of the guesswork.

The room size is a little bit small for three adults and one kid. Service is good, and breakfast is good.

The best airport hotel in Toronto hands down!

Worst hotel ever. I have been travel to many places, live in many hotel, motels, inns and Air bnb, this is the very worst experience I’ve ever had, noisy room, bad food, bad staff attitude and unbelievable way to charge people. First, I payed deposit by cash, then pay for upgrade to club lounge by card, but my card have been charged $100 instead of $60+ tax Front desk told me because when I inserted my card, the system will automatically charge me $100 deposit, No one noticed me this until I go down to front desk and ask them, and I don’t understand if this is how it works, why they still took my cash? They just make me pay extra $31 without notice me! I never heard Double deposit from any hotel. Second, when I double check about my “credit card deposit”(what a hilarious thing to say) refund, front desk staff told me that staff in night shift forgot about the refund so she has to do it now. She can leave her attitude to the night shift staff, I am not the person forgot to do my work. She did, hardly, uncomfortably, said “…..sorry.” at the very last second before I left. Hey! I owe her nothing okay? Third, I left something valued $200CAD in the fridge, the hotel never bother to give me a call, until I went back home and unpack my stuff then realized it, I call the hotel, they just tell me to go to “I left my stuff.com” to fill out a form them they “might” contact me in 24 hour. I was in Toronto until 4pm, Why I never got a call about left my stuff in the room? Did housekeepers just throw them away or took it and never report it? Or they did report and the hotel (which cost $300 per night) didn't bother to make that call? Fourth, my room is a the corner of elevator area, I can hear EVERY SINGLE THING from every one live in that level, ALL NIGHT! What a friendly arrangement for a person just experienced 20 hours flight arrived 2am and need to leave 9am? Let’s just don’t let her have a rest huh? Last, that club longe, which cost $60+tax, totally not worth it. I stayed in holiday inn once, breakfast are not so different, Only here have Starbucks coffee and croissants are good croissants. But I wouldn’t pay $60 just for a Starbucks and croissants. I choose Sheraton because my flight was long, I was tired, I need a good night rest while I arrive, so I am well to pay the most expensive price for a good rest, and these are are what Sheraton gave me, a nightmare from the very first to the end.
