SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Southern Pines Pinehurst ★★

"My room was dirty. The floors are black. The bed sheets have not been changed since we booked the room. The bathroom is disgusting, the bath tub is black with a huge ring around it. I requested to get my room cleaned today. Because it wasn’t cleaned before I booked the room. The house keepers only swept the floor and pulled the old covers back."

"The facilities, sanitation, environment, services, etc. are all considered normal, but it's really surprising that I couldn't get a taxi when I left the hotel. After waiting for more than an hour, there was no call, and I almost collapsed."
