"My wife and I spent three nights here and were more than satisfied. Our room was comfortable and quaint with a big balcony. The normal amenities you would expect were there, and generally, the staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor problems arose, but these were quickly sorted out by the manager. We would be more than happy to stay there again."

"We arrived into Ibis Styles Hotel early evening, we received a good welcome at check-in. We were soon given a key card for the standard room that we booked. We also asked for a taxi to be booked for the following morning which was kindly arranged for us. The room was spacious but worn around the edges but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The TV had a good range of channels, tea and coffee facilities were provided. The aircon worked well and there was no noise from outside. The bathroom was good with a small bathtub and powerful shower, wall mounted soap dispensers were provided. We left early the following morning so we didn't have the chance to have breakfast unfortunately. It was a good stay at the hotel, the price of the room was quite high however the room was spacious for the money paid. The staff were friendly and approachable, we would stay there if we visited Mount Isa again."

"We stayed overnight in a pet friendly cabin and it was the best accommodation we’ve had on our road trip from the NT to Gold Coast. The cabin was spacious and had a small fenced back yard so the dogs could roam free. The bed was super comfy and the cabin had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on where to eat etc. I’d highly recommend anyone travelling with dogs to stay here. "

"Rooms were unclean. Dead cockroaches everywhere inside. Leaves and flowers from outside covered the floor. Some sort of animal droppings covered the bathroom vanity. Coffee cups still had coffee ring in bottom where not cleaned. Other work mates room the same and smelt of mothballs. One work mate left to find alternate accommodation. Advised our health and safety team to never put us there again."

"Однозначно ЛУЧШИЙ вариант размещения, в котором я когда-либо останавливался! Нас заселили в ОЧЕНЬ короткие сроки, так как ранее забронированный нами номер не совсем соответствовал заявленному. Персонал просто потрясающий! Еда потрясающая, а удобства и номера – просто фантастические. Территория и бассейн в идеальном состоянии! Во время пребывания я немного заболел, и персонал был очень рад помочь. Если бы можно было поставить больше 5 звёзд, я бы это сделал!!!! Рекомендую на все 100000%."
