"Got stranded in Quilpie due to a broken plane so got charged for the room as never made it to Mount Isa which is fair…but after calling again explaining that i might make it the following morning and could i use the previous booking without paying another $232 or approx i was told i would have to book and pay again….sorry a little common sense and understanding would have been appreciated"

"Genuinely one of the most comfortable mattresses in any motel I've ever stayed in (not overly springy). Room was compact but clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. Hotel provided a complementary drink in the bar on check in. Location is a very short drive from the downtown area. Would happily stay again."

"The best pub dinner since we left Victoria! The Isa Hotel was recommended to us as the best value steak in town, and it didn’t disappoint. As pub meals go, it was well presented, cooked appropriately, and well served. The venue was comfortable and relatively quiet for a Saturday night, much better than we’d expected. We will be coming back."

"Great location. No restaurant on site, lots of options within walking distance & Coles is directly opposite. Off street parking & guest laundry. Building is not new but room was clean, comfortable & had an iron & ironing board. No issue connecting to WiFi. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Fantastic customer service - Jessie, on-site manager, is happy & above & beyond helpful. Stayed for a few days, highly recommend for comfort, cleanliness & customer service."

Но... когда вы просыпаетесь в 2 часа утра с полицией, преследуя кого-то, кто ворвался в соседний фургон, поймавший одного из двух, он ушел на бессонную ночь. Последнее, что вы хотите, когда путешествуете, это беспокоиться о безопасности и не спать. Владелец утром совершенно не замечал того, что произошло, несмотря на то, что жил на месте, и полицейский Падди Вагон в парке в то время, когда мы проверили. Читая другие обзоры, это не одинокий инцидент, и если они не собираются делать что-то, чтобы сохранить парк в безопасности, я никогда не останусь здесь снова."
