Отель очень хороший, как дома. Район много строящихся объектов, надеемся, что они будут закончены раньше.

Апартаменты плохо обслуживаются, и недвижимость начинает выдавать свой возраст. Персонал старается компенсировать плохое качество недвижимости отличным обслуживанием, но номерам не помешал бы капитальный ремонт

Staying at the chalet was an unforgettable experience! It was our wedding night, and the team went above and beyond to make it special with beautiful decorations, a complimentary cake, and champagne. Their hospitality didn’t stop there—they even arranged an additional dinner for us when we arrived late and were hungry. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Прачечная самообслуживания — одно из главных преимуществ для нас, особенно если учесть, что мы путешествуем с тремя детьми, где вы получаете много грязного белья. Мы останавливались на 16 ночей, и моим детям понравились удобства (бассейны, детская игровая комната, настольный теннис и т. д.) — они также нашли там новых друзей. Мы также познакомились с несколькими долгосрочными жильцами, и это место просто стало для нас домом вдали от дома. Я был там по делам. Расположение примерно в 20 минутах от ближайшей железнодорожной станции и примерно на таком же расстоянии от ближайшей станции метро (но скоро откроется новая линия метро, ​​которая уже не будет так далеко). Highly recommend this lovely friendly hotel with a great team . Very petfriendly . Po my husky loves it here .feels very comfortable . Team is so friendly in all departments Housekeeping .f&b ,Front office ,door *** . All are super friendly .you feel.at home . Lionel ,dipti ,Neha and some who i may have missed made po birthday very special Decorated the room .we had a cake cutting for po birthday Clean great hotel .lot of space to walk around .Excellent Special thanks to Lionel and dipti for making our stay special

Nice and cozy apartment, giving a feel of home. Well maintained suites, right in the middle of Mumbai. Nice restaurant serving good breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall a great feeling, very different from hotel rooms. Would definitely come back to stay again!

I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Marriott for their exceptional hospitality. A special shout-out to Dipti, who truly went above and beyond to make my daughter’s day! She ensured my daughter had everything she needed to prepare for her exam the next day, and the thoughtful good-luck note was such a lovely touch. The personal care and warmth we received—especially from the Front Desk team—was beyond what we expected. Every interaction was filled with genuine kindness and well wishes for my daughter, which meant a lot to us. The food was absolutely delightful, with so many choices that we were truly spoiled. All in all, I felt like royalty, surrounded by such a wonderful team. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable!

We had the most amazing long stay holiday at the chalet apartments . The apartments itself was luxurious, with all the amenities of a 5 star Marriott standard . All the staff were warm ,welcoming and always helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them . Thanks to Dipti and rest of staff at the reception who were always to hand and very helpful indeed . Security staff were always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast and dinner at Crimson were exceptional and service was impeccable by all the staff. The daily house keeping staff ,Durgesh and Poonam made sure rooms were clean and water bottles and toiletries stocked up daily. The property is well maintained inside and outside with beautiful views of a exotic resort feel . We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary , and the staff surprised us with a cake and decorations which made our trip even more special . Every Saturday we had a free high tea and outdoor cinema experience which was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet ,luxurious peaceful stay in Mumbai next to the Westin Powai Hotel . We were allowed to use the facilities at the Hotel. Special Thanks to Behzad who made it possible for us to extend our stay. We look forward to coming back very soon.

We came back a couple of weeks ago from the most amazing 2 month holiday at the Marriot Apartments Powai . The service, food & hospitality was outstanding from all the staff. Special thanks to Dipti , Chaitrali & Devendra at front desk. Not also forgetting all the staff at the Crimson restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us all. during breakfast , lunch & dinner . The breakfast & service was truly a 5star experience . We had a two bed apartment which was comfortable, clean , luxurious and serviced daily by Durgesh & Poonam and who did a sterling job. All I can say it felt like home from home a truly wonderful , memorable experience. Many thanks to everyone at the apartments including Behzad . Will definitely come back again & highly recommend this property.
