The hotel was good but for a 6 hour extension they charged the whole day price. Hoping they introduce half or hourly rate for people who have connecting flights.

Comfortable room, breakfast not so much variety for non indians, wifi works only on android difficult on apple. Housekeeping were eager and willing.

The hotel is located on a busy street however they do have their own little parking. The service however is a little disturbing as they keep disturbing u to check you're gonna check out or not and to remind u of breakfast .. also they won't allow any deliveries which was really disappointing. The rooms are in immaculate condition. Super clean.. good amenities..just some policies need working on..4/5

I had a 2 night stay for a family member but the hotel checked them out within a day. The staff were rude and inconsiderate when I went to ask for the key for the 2nd night stay. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Отель на карте находится близко к аэропорту. Не видитесь на эту уловку. По прямой – 5 км, по дороге – 9 км. Это расстояние преодолевается днём не менее чем за час. Ни о каких 20 минутах, как написано на сайте, нет и речи. Закладывайте на дорогу минимум час! Отель превзошёл ожидания – всё чисто, аккуратно, светлая, в меру просторная комната с центральным кондиционированием воздуха и вентилятором под потолком. Есть всё что нужно для комфортного проживания вне дома – чайник и кофейный набор, холодильник, гладильная доска, рабочий стол со стулом и чайный стол с двумя стульями. Кровать огромная и комфортная, бельё и полотенца чистые и приятные. Лифт прямо с уровня земли на улице, что чрезвычайно удобно. В номере очень тихо, не слышно ни соседей ни других шумов из коридора. На входе в отель нет «театра безопасности», как в 5* отелях - на входе нет охраны, нет рамок, никто никого не ощупывает и не досматривает. Это очень радует и в том числе поэтому, кроме цены, не люблю в Индии 5* отели. Душ по американской системе – лейка вмонтирована в стену. Если надо помыть лишь одну часть тела, то сделать это можно только помывшись целиком. В комнате огромное остекление, что даёт много света и есть открывающаяся створка, которая позволяет не чувствовать себя изолированным от внешнего мира. Интернет подключается легко и быстро, без каких-либо регистрационных действий. Соединение уверенное, без ограничения по количеству девайсов. Скорость – 155 Mbit/s и 8 Mbit/s download и upload, соответственно. Редко, но бывает, самолёты заходят на посадку над отелем. Звук громкий, но не критичный и длится не более 10 секунд. Расположение отеля превосходное – стоит выйти на улицу и тут же будет еда на любой вкус, фруктовые лавки, разные магазины и прочее. В 500 метрах от отеля находится Starbucks и Subway. Напротив них, через дорогу, Chandan Stores Dryfruit, магазин, где можно купить любые продукты и пром.товары. Отель расположен между проезжей частью и железной дорогой. Ни того, ни другого вообще не слышно, не считая непрекращающуюся какофонию клаксонов, которая есть везде и всегда в Индии (если окно закрыть, то шум улицы практически не слышен). Завтрак с 7 до 10. Ресторан на одном этаже с ресепшеном. Выбор блюд скромный, но еда вкусная, без избытка чили и специй. Кофе-машины нет, только растворимый кофе. В ресторане приятная атмосфера, играет тихая спокойная музыка, места для всех гостей хватает. Приятная и располагающая обстановка, чтобы за завтраком думать о предстоящем дне, общаться с коллегами и наслаждаться едой. Вывод – отель отличный. Если надо переночевать между рейсами, то это не тот вариант, ищите ближе к аэропорту. Если необходимо находиться в городе по делам несколько дней, то другое дело. Могу смело рекомендовать отель The Royal Orchid для проживания.

After several years, we visited this restaurant with my parents and wife on 15th Aug evening, we ordered a non-veg soup and starter for my Dad and myself, and 2 veg starters for my Mom and wife. Our soup and starter came within normal time but the ladies starters didnt come even upto 20 minutes after me and my Dad had to reluctantly finish our non-veg items. It was extremely impolite to keep the ladies plates empty while we ate. After repeated pleas the 1st starter for the ladies arrived. Then again nothing for the next 20-25 mins. Repeated requests to the stewards and managers only got mechanical "apologies for the delay", but no one knew what was going on. So much so that we finally asked them to cancel the order and settle our bill. A pathetic, hungry and ruined evening.

We stayed a few days at royal orchid vashi navi mumbai. Our stay was very wonderful and very comfortable as the hotel accommodation is new and well appointed.i want to emphasize how professional, kind and helpful the staff at royal orchid Navi Mumbai... We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast n meal at the restaurant..and want to thank all of them for their dedication...A special thank you to Ms. Nimisha And Ms. Rani whos service and dedication went beyond what is expected even of a luxury hotel ....see you again

We had a wonderfull time in this hotel ...the experience was really good ...all the royal orchid restaurant team was very courteous and helpful ..the overall experience was really great and the taste of the buffet is delicious ... Pallavi and shrddha are very helpfull for the service

Very convenient hotel near to Airport, rooms are neat and clean , service is very good, buffet break fast is also very good, very professional service. The location of hotel is chembur and car parking is specious . At mumbai if any one wants to stay near airport , i will highly recommend it

I would highly recommend Royal Orchid hotel. My sister and I had an awesome experience staying in this hotel. From the welcoming breakfast staff to the receptionist and the room service staff, each one of them was super friendly, and did their best to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. One of the best highlights was the morning breakfast which we looked forward to each morning.I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Mumbai!

Vicky was professional enough and communicated well. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Front desk and Service staff were also willing to offer help which was a good gesture. Would highly recommend if you’re in and around Vashi (Navi Mumbai) We felt comfortable during our stay. Will definitely visit again!

The hotel is very cosy and cleaning. The operating staff are wonderful. You don’t need to talk or explain a lot. The housekeeping were very helpful and attentive everyday. The front desk on the otherside need more training. The restaurant serves amazing dishes.. Chinese and India cuisine.. Restaurant staff are very polite. Area crowdy and very noisy. Be prepare for the cultural change and the tuk tuk…😳

Our hearts sank as we headed down a driveway to an unattractive area, then up a lift to reception. It all got better from there. Very nice hospitable staff. Small rooms with tiny but adequate bathroom. Absolutely spotless. Very comfortable beds and pillows - both are clean, as is the linen. The view is pretty awful but that is not the hotel's fault. On the fourth floor we looked directly into a rundown derelict building, but hey, this is Mumbai. Breakfast adequate.
