"Very bad experience. We go for check in and they give our room someone for extra price making more money and miss behaving us. Ware we after go 6 hours drive and reach there and they told us no room. We make reservations from through your and no room for staying in hotel. We very tired after 6 hours long drive and nothing to stay my children scared in that problem. So I got very disappointed 😢. Spend $600 going there and coming back to same place. Coming back as zero. I suggest to everyone never use Grand Taj hotel murree in Pakistan"

"The place was nice and reasonably priced. We booked a room that was parted with a washroom. One side had a king bed with TV, phone, etc while the other side had 2 single beds, that's perfect for a couple with 2 kids like us. The washrooms were not pleasant to use and were constantly stinking. (The water itself was stinky in the washroom) this is why I have deducted one star from the rating. There is a nice little play area with swings and a nice mountain view. The weather was pleasant with random rain showers. There was an indoor playarea also but it was closed during out stay. Food was decent. If the washroom issue is fixed, I'd like to visit again."

"My recent experience at this hotel was horrible. It is one of the dirtiest place on earth. The only purpose of the staff appears to be financial gain rather than guest satisfaction. While the rooms are big, it is apparent that cleanliness has they havenotbeencleanedfor years. The accumulations of dirt and neglect have rendered the accommodations far from suitable for a comfortable stay. In the interest of personal safety and wellbeing, I strongly advise not to use this place as your lodging option.""
