Great hotel, with fantastic service, fabulous location. This hotel had everything one could ask for, and staying here was a pleasure.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever. I could go on and on who it how great it is. The room came with a huge sitting area and had the skyline of Nairobi at night. It had a washing machine , iron, two TVs (one in room and one in lounge room), a full kitchen with dish washer , microwave , coffee maker, stove , oven , refrigerator, cutlery, bar table counter and chairs. The room had the most comfortable bed ever. I slept like a baby. The hotel also had a heater outdoor pool unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it as it was a work trip and I was busy. The restaurant had the most delicious buffets and the staff are great. Customer service was excellent.

座落安全住宅區的旁邊，飯店讓人家感覺清淨舒適，還有溫水游泳池健身房，可以在緊湊的行程中好好放鬆，這裡的餐廳提供的食物也很讚喔，還有親切的服務生

Referring my relatives to @somersetwestviewnairobi was a first time experience with the franchise. They seem satisfied, happy, and especially impressed with the gym facilities. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and kind. John at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful with check in and throughout the stay. Management made my relative's birthday very special on a whim. The manager Pamela is an efficient, friendly, and action oriented quick to make clients have their needs met person. Audrey, as the guest relations manager will go out of her way to make you feel welcomed and accommodated. May I add, the christmas festivities organized and tree lighting ceremony lit our hearts and lives. It was pure joy and happiness to remind us all why we should be thankful. Stop complaining and always count what worked well in life. Get away from CBD and book yourself a room or fully furnished, stocked, and well maintained apartment...I mean....look at the room and apartment pics! Thank you all for your services, smiles, and I pray you soar to great heights, Amen. #somersetwestviewnairobi Highly recommend for a rebook and to my fam and friends. Somerset Westview Nairobi is progress for Kenya!
