"Room we had was in the third floor and was like a cave. One small window that was mostly plugged up with an a/c unit and set far back into the wall. Youth hockey teams in town and ran amuck throughout the hotel. Which pointed out how the rooms lacked insulation. Stayed one night out of the three booked. The desk clerk was very nice and helped us change our booking to the nicer Prestige Lakefront. Definitely worth the upgrade."
