I have 3 gripes; no free parking, only one operable elevator, had to pay an unexpected Preservation Fee of $15.00, State Tax of $1.42, City Tax of .75 and CVB Assessment .26 a total of $17.43.

A truly fabulous hotel. Great location, close to the French Quarter but far enough away to not hear it. Beautiful reception area and dining room. Nice breakfast. Lovely big bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the great hotels of New Orleans, La Pavillon does not disappoint. The hotel has undergone an interior "refresh" and it is chic and wonderful. Wish the hotel had daily room service, and had prior notice about the $90.00 per day incidentals "hold" on the credit card before booking. However the staff is very helpful and courteous as they are telling you about it. PB and J sandwiches are always a very nice touch in the evenings. Missed the hot chocolate though! Thank you Trip.com for a great deal on our stay, and we will be back soon.

Loved the beautiful esthetics! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great to have a place that keeps with tradition serving PB and J sandwiches! Definitely will be back.

This hotel is so nice. The room was wonderful and the style and decor of the hotel is stunning. They have made renovations since my last trip by moving the bar and it’s not near as cool as before, but still nice. We will definitely be back again.

Awake all night because college age kids were allowed to misbehave and shout all night in the hallways

The staff at Le Pavillon was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous (and I'm more than sad I didn't pack a gorgeous outfit to take a picture on their lobby stairs!) Plus the nightly pb&j tradition is charming. It's about a 15 min walk to the French Quarter and near some quieter restaurants & a grocery store.

No cups or glasses in the room first night we were there. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall when I used it - it is heavy and nearly broke my toe! Bathroom design awful - not enough room to sit on toilet with the shower door and towel rail impinging on the space there. Had a few challenges we had to overcome but the room was clean.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations but it didn't hamper our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable. There was a computer issue upon check-out with the final bill. I received a $20 credit towards food/beverage and presented it upon check-out. The computer didn't recognize the credit and kept adding a $20 charge to the final amount. As of now, it appears the manager corrected it.

Beautiful hotel, staff was super friendly we did have an issue with our sink draining but other than that it was good. The pizza downstairs is awesome!

We enjoyed our stay during Mardi Gras. Room was comfortable. Close to street cars and parade routes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall good stay.

Our room was facing the parking lot and Saturday night and Sunday morning we constantly heard horns honking which we came to realize was valet hitting the panic button to find where a car was parked so they could retrieve them for guests. Ridiculous because the lot is small enough to find cars without disrupting the whole block with all the horns blowing and waking us up. Also, the kitchen was closed for renovations and that information was not shared through the booking. We specifically wanted a hotel with a restaurant since we were going to a concert and didn't have much time to eat before. We had to overpay for a nearby restaurant nearby for a to go order so we could make the concert in time. This hotel is not what is used to be!
