The view was so nice! We are on the 9th floor

We loved our experience. The new feature on the tv when you walk in the room and it displays your name just made it that much more personal. Also to have games available on the tv for the little ones. Comfy beds. Nice showers. Waterpark is tons of fun for everyone

The air conditioning makes a lot noises and you have to wait at least 4-5 minutes for the hot water. And the toilet is extremely small so is the shower - barely able to turn around. Not recommended

Great location, fast elevators, and clean room. Solid beds, so-so mattresses.. It went downhill from there. The TV doesn't allow you to cast from your device or offer the possibility of using its apps. The nightstand lamp switches are so high that you can't hit them while laying on the bed. The towels were more like sandpaper grit 60. The toilet was not only low, but also so close to the sink that my ribs kept hitting the sink when using it. Add to that the even though soft, 1 ply and not as wide toilet paper. Also, the bathroom door kept moving the bathroom mat.

Great location but hotel is dated. The rooms are small even after upgrading. We had to change rooms on the 2nd night and no fridge on first night either. No room service or provisions for families with young children. Fall view room wasn’t great.

Great stay! Staff was super helpful. Location is fabulous if you are going to the casino and the falls. The views are great from the rooms and the restaurant. Will definitely stay here next time

Location and services are good. You can see the Niagara falls from the room. Rooms are a bit old and worn down though. Sound proofing is quite bad so we can hear people in the hallway and other rooms.

Magnificient view from 10th floor steak house, but hotel carpet looks hasn't been cleaned for ages.

This is the worst Crowne Plaza I have ever stayed. It should be called Crowne Plaza Inn.

Nice view and clean room! Also the breakfast was amazing and lots of varieties.

Our room was #435.... with a view of the pool....no outside light. The main room was 10' X 10' not including a little 4' wide hallway with a 6' x 6' bathroom off to the side, where you rubbed against the sink in order to use the toilet. For some reason, the heating/A/C was unresponsive to control, and the room was very, very warm. No Microwave, No Fridge. Ice and Microwaves were located on another floor. There was barely enough room in the room to navigate around the Queen bed, which sagged in the center and reeked of cheap motel bleach. The LCD Tv was lo def, and the picture was dim. Furniture, single lamp, and tiny chair were all old, worn, and dusty. All this for $297. Almost forgot.... Parking was $40 dollars/day for the adjoining lot. You CAN find bargain parking in the area....if you want to schlep your bags all over Niagara Falls. The hotel lobby is beautiful, very classy....but the rooms are pitiful. You'd be better served at a motel 6. To make a short story long..... we went to bed at 9 PM after hiking the Canadian side all day. We woke at 1:30 AM just roasting, with sore backs.....where we decided we had enough.. We packed up and checked out at 2 AM, to the surprise of the attendant, who indicated he was "So Sorry" our stay did not meet expectations. Just as well..... earlier in the day, the Rainbow Bridge "TO USA" lanes were backed up as far as the eye could see up the hill, into the Canadian neighborhood. It would have taken literally hours to cross back to the USA midday on a Sunday. Happily, we had only one car ahead checking thru Customs. We got home at 5 AM this morning. I will NEVER take a vehicle into Canada at the Rainbow Bridge again, nor stay in one of these tourist trap hotels. I guess it's just a sign of these inflationary times.... everything up there is just out of sight. I don't expect something for nothing, but do expect at least a reasonable stay for my $297. I've never left a bad review before, but these clowns earned it. In a couple of words....Crowne Plaza Hotel Sucks. Do NOT stay there.

The hotel did not refund the 100 CAD deposit, and the room was outdated with an uncomfortable and cramped bathroom. Despite trying to reserve a falls view, we ended up with a parking lot view. There was only a thin blanket, and the pillows weren't as comfortable as described. The phone didn't work to contact the lobby or services. Overall, it was not worth the money, and we hope to get the deposit back soon. The breakfast restaurant had a good view but lacked good customer service. When we asked to change seats for a better view, the staff made excuses, but eventually, a waiter helped us move. In general, the hotel fell short of expectations, and we wouldn't recommend staying there, even with promotions.

The bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small "Crowne Plaza" sign)!
