My father and I stayed at this resort on May 16. Truthfully, we didn't know what to expect of the quality of accommodations in Ujjain, and let me confirm - we were positively surprised! Genuinely warm welcome (throughout), wonderful amenities, finger-licking great food (and hundreds of options on the menu!!), excellent service - this hotel compares well with any 4 star hotel in cities like Delhi. We stayed in the Executive room (#231) and it was very well appointed - clean, well furnished, and great array of tv channels. I am extra particular about hygiene, and had to call the housekeeping staff to clean the toilet as I noticed stains on the seat when we moved into the room. The staff came over within minutes and fixed the issue. The speed of service at this resort - from housekeeping to restaurants - is awesome! They have a fully functioning bar, and when the weather permits, I'd encourage the guests to make use of their many outdoor facilities, like the swimming pool and dining areas. All these areas are extremely thoughtfully done up, and they ensure you're taken care of throughout. The service at the restaurant could do with a bit more energy and customer centricity. It's not slow, it's just untrained, and that shows in the business of hospitality. They mean well but are the difference between 4 and 5 stars. A few suggestions for improvement: 1. have a AC lounge area for guests. The two options right now are the restaurant and the bar, which are always busy. You have a lot of space to create a quiet lounge for guests and non-guests to come and relax. 2. start a shuttle service to the corridor and back. Most of your guests are staying with you to visit the temples. Even those that are staying for a wedding won't mind visiting the temples. Having a scheduled shuttle service 3-4 times a day will be great, as autos and Uber are not available in this area, and you're slightly far from the corridor. 3. some areas like the lifts and pool side require maintenance. They look old and worn-out. Especially since the rest of the resort is so new and fresh, these areas stick out. Not a big investment for you, and will look great! 4. the restaurant could do with a bit more character. It looks very dull and long right now - like a giant room with no energy. Bring in an interior designer - right now it's just a big room with tables and chairs (and great food!). To all future tourists - look no further than this resort. It's the BEST in Ujjain and you shall not be disappointed!

Third class service .bad attitude of staff .bedsheets looked used and not clean .we had extended one room for half day so we had to shift our luggage on our own to the other room in spite of reminding them couple of times .the staff was only interested for vacating the room .only the exteriors are okay .room bathrooms are not up to the star rating given .bedsheets and bedcover looked dirty n used by the previous guest .Breakfat table n chairs were not clean when the table was assigned.requested them for a ginger tea which took ages.after waiting for half an hour requested again .theya we’re giving me in a disposable cup which we get at a road side eatery .requested them to give in a cup ,but they were not so please .then I requested them to send it over to my room so that I can have it in the cup provided in the room .no reply .again went to recheck ,the head over there was not so pleased and commanded the junior one ,"bhej rahen hai na ,bol to diya “.i felt as though they are obliging me and I have got 2 rooms absolutely free .room service was ordered .food was very okay .asked for a set of glasses again since it was soiled ,I was questioned by the room service operator,that we had provided you once .overall bad experience .Will not recommend.They should review their star rating as it’s not more than 2 star or Max 2.5 star rating .it’s definitely not 4 star .Avoid or be prepared to have a bad service

3 years back Rotis took 30 minutes and were not cooked 2 years backed rotis were burnt and took 30 to 40 minutes Now too the same Poor one in terms of rotis Plus Bar is shady Plus those women supervisors need some temporary classes in communication in F and B business so that they can upskill and communicate with customers properly else it's funny to hear them out on service

I and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rudraksh Resort. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and the overall ambiance was delightful. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. The amenities like relaxing spa added to the comfort. The food out there is cherry on top . So delicious and to our surprise there were variety of cuisines. Dinners got more better with live music at the restaurant. Excellent service and attention to detail made our experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay at Ujjain .

The spacious and well-appointed accommodations provided us with a home away from home, complete with all the comforts we could ask for. We extremely enjoyed during our 2 day stay. Very good hospitality, delicious food and very attentive staff and green surrounding within hotel and well appointed room and Claeniess in hotel. Courteous and Supportive Staff, Aesthetically designed property and rooms. Mr. Prabhat helped me with the last minute booking and availability of room. Staff assisted me with Mahakal temple visit and further travel to Indore. ........

Polite courteous staff , good service , clean hygienic rooms n bathrooms with good ambience . Good food , quick service . . Hotel is close to railways station as well as can reach Indore in 40 minutes. Rooms are very clean with good interiors, well maintained 🙏🙏🙏👌👌
