Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the treatment my friends and I received at your establishment on May 8th. Despite our excitement to dine at White Hart, our experience was marred by unprofessionalism and disrespect from your staff. Upon arrival, we admittedly did not have a dinner reservation, which was our oversight. However, we initially intended to enjoy drinks before dining. Despite our polite inquiries about ordering drinks, we were met with eye rolls and dismissive behavior from your staff. We were directed to the bar in a manner that lacked any semblance of courtesy. Furthermore, when we inquired about the possibility of dining at your restaurant, we were abruptly told that it was not an option. This response was not only discourteous but also lacked professionalism. Despite the apparent lack of business, as evidenced by numerous empty tables, we were denied service without any valid explanation. Throughout our brief interaction with your staff, we felt unwelcome and unwanted. The recurring eye rolls and insistence for us to leave immediately further reinforced this sentiment. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, which were clearly absent during our visit. It is deeply concerning that such behavior is tolerated within your establishment. As patrons, we deserve to feel valued and appreciated, regardless of whether we have made a reservation. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts a reassessment of your staff's conduct and a commitment to ensuring a more welcoming environment for all customers in the future
