A wonderful hotel. The best breakfast pancakes cinnamon rolls breads bagels fruit oatmeal eggs sausage biscuits gravy the works. Specialty coffee. Clean quiet and comfy. Great location!

Initially, I randomly selected a hotel for my trip. I discovered that the hotel is close to the venue of the event I planned to attend, which makes me feel relieved. The room is spacious and clean. The food is just average and not particularly impressive. The amenities and services are excellent. One suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel provided slippers.

I had a really bad experience in this hotel . Receptionist named HELDA is a worst I ever encountered in my life .she was so inconsiderate rude the worst she threaten us to take out from the hotel premises I was with a 8 yrs kid and my wife . Heres the story we are tourist,I booked a hotel for 3 days(non refundable )I paid through one of my friends credit card . As hotel policy I had to swipe a physical credit $100 for (collateral)incase of anything damage in my room . Unfortunately I didn't have a credit card . I request her to keep a $500 cash instead( I understand hotel policy’ )But she was so so so rude wanted us to thrown out of hotel she kept saying cancel and find other hotel . I ask her to call a manager maybe manger could have an other solution but she dint even bother . Just said I can’t I won’t . Listening our conversations at the lobby one lady came up and said if I give her $150 cash she will let use credit card just to check inn . Where’s we dint have an option .

Good hotel w friendly, helpful staff and great location next to Aquatica/Sea World. Near restaurants and Starbucks.

For our one-night stay, I booked a hotel through **********. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The property itself was well-maintained. The buffet breakfast offered by the hotel was enjoyed by everyone, and there was an abundance of food. During check-out, Luis, the gentleman at the front desk, was polite and eager to assist with any requests.

Awesome location, near sea world

The hotel room was large and extremely clean. We were on the first floor which worked out for us because we are seniors and the room was not far from the desk and the wonderful breakfast they served every morning. I could not have asked for a better room or location. We were close to every imaginable place you wanted to visit or have lunch or dinner. The cost of thew room was amazing considering all that came with it. Thank you so much for all you offer. God bless.

If I take everything into consideration my stay was rough and mediocre. It seemed like the carpet in the hallway of floor 4 was newer than the carpet in room 408. Several things that are most awful are the carpet in room #408. It seemed dingy and dirty. I’ve never been a fan of carpet in my own home. I wore my crocs the entire time while in the room. In my opinion a bad choice for the flooring. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. I seemed like I was in some foreign country while I was using the shower.

Other than the "hidden" parking fee, which in reality never did say free parking but not disclosed by this app or any other clearly enough for anyone to weigh their options. The place is clean and quiet and very well kept, save for some of the hallway scuffs that clearly the maintenance people scratch up every morning. No complaints about the food. Very solid breakfast
