"I checked in 23rd April morning and was shown to an unmade room when i complained i was assured it will be made before i come back . Can you imagine my shock when i came back at 11.40pm and the room was still unmade. So i paid money to stay in a dirty , used room! Disgusting! In the morning i gave them clothes to iron and after nuch waste of my time, my clothes were returned unironed...their iron was faulty and so it was risky to use the iron. Outfit was returned even more rumpled."

The food service is so slow you must place your order at least 45 minutes in advance. Even a capucino at breakfast was almost 15 minutes. I would try to avoid."
