"It was easy to look for it once we arrived in Palencia. Very quiet, if you're looking for a quiet place that would be recommended. Very close to the centre. The amenities were very good with some welcome drinks.. cafe and tea available in your room. Cleanliness is great.. complete with your needs for the bathroom. Super recomendable."

"Stayed for one night. The room had mould in the bathroom and cleanliness was poor. Staff were lovely and tried to resolve the issues but considering this hotel is marketed as 4 stars, it was a poor start. The pool is lovely but is not onsite, it is a pool for local residents. The family room was a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and not ideal. Breakfast was OK but no hot food. For the price of a family room, this is certainly not value for money. Having discussed the issues with staff a discount was offered after acceptance of low standards."

"Located just outside the main square with easy parking. Unexceptional from the outside but a clean decent sized room. No restaurant but a bar and good breakfast. Very good value at €80 B&B. From here it is only one hour’s drive from the Santander ferry so an ideal place to stay"

"We were there on Monday 17th, had dinner, sleep and breakfast; we were doing a bike route, we were going to sleep again on Saturday which was the end of the route. As they were not going to be at the hotel they gave us 2 key cards. This morning I called to tell them that something unexpected (serious) had come up, and that we would have to go to Madrid, that we would go to the hotel to return the cards. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 in the morning, they charged us €140 for NOTHING."
