We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The people working there are very kind and they definitely provide great customer service. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and walking to town. It was a wonderful one night stay for us and we will return soon. Muito Obrigada.

Excellent hotel with very supportive staff. Breakfast had a good selection of hot or cold, and if not there, just ask. The hotel is a 15-20 walk outside of town, but we found that it is an excellent way to exercise and build an appetite for three evening meals ( note some restaurants don't open until 7.00pm) The hotel pool was well sheltered with beds available Rooms very clean and well service Bar available when required Good all round and thanks to all the reception staff for their advice and help

Very helpful staff at the front desk. McDonalds,beach and supermarket nearby but theres a longer walk to restaurants. The hotel's restaurant is very good for seafood options.

This hotel was as near to perfect as it gets for us. We stayed as a family of four in a Sea View Suite on the first floor. The 2 rooms were very comfortable. Large double bed for adults and fold out sofa bed for the children. The bed was so comfortable. The block out shutters helped us get a great night’s sleep each night. There is a spotless clean pool with about 20 beds surrounding it. It tended to get busy later in the afternoon as people checked in but we never had trouble finding somewhere to lie. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. We still had plenty to choose from after 5 mornings. The staff was brilliant. Especially the restaurant and cleaning staff. They were so considerate and kind. The WiFi worked well and the TV had lots of channel choice. It is a decent walk to Espinho town centre.but well worth the effort. There is a Continente supermarket and a McDonalds a short walk away. The boardwalk is about 500m away as is the beach. We plan to stay here again next Summer

Liked · The room is large, very clean and has nice newer furniture; nice automated blinds; staff is helpful and professional. Nice pool area and great food at restaurant. I liked that they provided tongues for breakfast for each guest to avoid same tongue being touched by tens of hands. Great idea! The restaurant food and the only waiter we've had were great. Prices are decent; I wish they would not charge so much for bread and olives- considering they are cheap to get. Very close by, walking distance, there is a grocery store where you can get essentials and food. They also have a coin laundromat, which can come in handy. The garage under the hotel was great, well lit and secure; also free. Overall, the hotel and staff was nice. I would recommend it for somebody who is looking for a quiet, comfortable place to spend time. Disliked · For a "beach" hotel, you would expect to provide something to be able to dry swimsuits or towels on the balcony. A retractable string would have been of great help. Some wall decor and less plastic flowers would make the place more artsy. The breakfast was a little of a disappoin**ent. Very few options, most of the time there was no omelette or bacon, no water, no cups. They seemed clearly understaffed in the breakfast area- only two people who were cooking, bringing out trays, cleaning. They looked stressed and overworked. Towels for the pool were provided, but they mentioned to hold on them for the entire stay. The pool water is cold, but that seems like a Portuguese thing- all pools we've tried in Portugal were not heated and cold. The beach was on red flag the entire 4 days we were there; they did not allow people to go in the ocean. To be honest, the high waves and cold water would have kept me away from getting in anyway. The area around the hotel is ok, more of a residential area. The walk to the closest beach is not at all scenic. Not close either. Not much to do in the area in the evening- a car seems to be a must to travel to other more entertaining areas.

We really enjoyed our four night stay here. It's a business hotel on the outskirts of town rather than a tourist spot. But outside of town is a 15 minute walk away and less than that is a great supermarket and a MaccyD's. Staff are excellent and Juan in particular is a delight - willing,able and highly competent. The rooms are good and the bed is one of the best hotel beds we've ever slept in. We recommend this as a darn good hotel.

Everytime i come to Espinho i stay in this hotel. Modern, clean , super quiet and easy to park , even in high season. 10min walk to the beach and no confusion of the city center. I will stay again.
