From the moment we arrived, our stay was truly exceptional. What stood out immediately was the staff—every single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime. There is no sauna. The ”bath center” where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel. There is no night club. There is no ”gym” as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old. There is no ”boutique”. There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor. The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good. The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones. Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it. The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan. Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.

沒想到隔了一天又來住了，和鄂爾多斯很有緣分。體驗一如既往好，這次住到了真正的“園景房” 出門在外床品的選擇很重要，這家酒店的床品乾淨而且很舒服，能讓人整晚無憂。房間其他位置也沒有灰塵。以後會繼續選擇。

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

如圖1-3所見，剛開始入住覺得會是一個happy night，2025年5月新開的連鎖酒店，一切都是亮堂堂乾乾淨淨的。晚上洗澡還能放音樂，大傢伙都挺開心，等洗好澡發現一連串尷尬的事。 一是想讓孩子先睡覺，大人繼續洗漱，結果燈沒法控制，“全關閉”“睡眠模式”“閲讀模式”等四個模式，按哪一個都是一鍵全關，主打一個要不一起睡，要不一起亮燈一起醒。沒有單獨控制某一個燈帶的操作按鈕。後來等洗好才發現，原來可以先按上面任意一個按鈕，再打着手電過來把門口進口處牆上廁所衞浴燈開一下，會亮一個小燈。 二是接着睡覺後，發現第二個尷尬點，牆上所有燈的按鈕巨亮無比，挨着臉，照的以為燈沒關。尤其控制音樂的面板整塊都是亮的。於是拿包檔，拿枕頭摞起來檔。 三是接着睡，發現最大一個問題：房間開着窗，也很熱，於是去開中央空調，發現沒有送冷風，諮詢前台，告知，是由整個入住客人開冷風多還是開熱風多由中央空調自己來決定當天送冷風還是送暖氣……震驚了！一家子半夜這個點，四點多被熱醒睡不着覺…… 也真是顛覆了對麗楓酒店的印象，總結下，硬件和現代感很不錯，但各種軟件人性化方便欠了太多火候。#半夜能熱醒的酒店

The room was perfect. Only negative note was the location of the hotel, which is a bit far from everything.

Так как я очень торопился уходить, я вдруг понял, что забыл сделать несколько фотографий. Обслуживание было превосходным и внимательным, особенно девушка на стойке регистрации. Она была так добра и внимательна, что сделала наше пребывание таким расслабляющим. Она даже объяснила, что в номере на верхнем этаже слишком жарко, и предложила нам номер на другом этаже. Она всегда внимательна и предупредительна. Как я могу не рекомендовать этот отель? Удобства: Очень полный набор, есть всё необходимое. Чистота: Чисто. Обстановка: Тихо и спокойно. Голосовое управление экономит много времени. Обслуживание: Очень внимательно. Очень рекомендую девушку на стойке регистрации.

Отель был полностью оборудован, а чистота превзошла все мои ожидания. Я приехал довольно поздно вечером, и администратор, Сяо Гао, очень помог мне организовать встречу в аэропорту и трансфер обратно, что очень меня порадовало. Девушка, обслуживавшая меня, была очень приветлива и обеспечила превосходное обслуживание.

Great location, big room with a soft and cozy bed. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. No pick-up service, but overall not a bad stay
