The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby areas. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Номер очень чистый, обслуживание очень хорошее, автобусная станция и фермерский рынок находятся прямо возле отеля, транспорт очень удобный, рестораны и магазины расположены очень удобно.

Расположение очень хорошее. Менее чем в 5 минутах ходьбы от торгового центра Gaisano. Легко заселиться. Номер нормальный, хватит на 2-3 дня сна. Цена хорошая. У них есть полотенце, мыло и шампунь. Также есть телевизор и холодильник. Если хотите, можете попросить фен. В коридорах есть кулер с водой, что очень хорошо! Было бы здорово, если бы у них были чашки для кофе.

It was a great experience with them. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is good enough for a solo traveller. The location is great! Nearby malls, and parks. I really enjoyed staying there. Definitely It is highly recommended to all travellers visiting Cagayan de Oro.

You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.
