A very pleasant stay. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Clean ,spacious room with very comfortable bed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer at level 2 laundry room .Per cycle cost AUD $4.Shops, Train station, busport ,restaurant and free CAT buses (blue and red line) just round the corner from the hotel. There is a halal restaurant opposite the hotel .

Im staying here for 4 nites . Everything good here , close to city n CAT bus . Many restaurants around & only walking distance to city / mall . Homeless people are around the hotel but the hotel main door is locked for their guests safety . The cafe attached served good breakfast n can have 10% discount . Ill stay here again for next visit

I payed a room 150 dollars for night, the room was very beatiful but not to big and I can’t use the a/c, I give the bond 200 dollars and after 10 days I still didn’t received back

Pro: A small yet cozy room with all the amenities you need for a solo traveler. The location of hotel is at the heart of Perth CBD, easy access or within walking distance to many places in the city. 6-8 minutes you can walk to the Perth train station and bus depot, convenient for those who don't drive. Friendly and respectful front desk staffs, though they prefer to speak English to you when it's obvious that Mandarin is the native tongue for everyone. Con: the shower is so weak, that it takes ages to rinse. Some staff has a very limited knowledge about vicinity - I asked a front desk girl (European Australian born and raised in WA, judging from her accent) where I could have my breakfast of bacon and eggs, she pointed the bakery across the street and suggested I gave it a try. It was a useless tip and I found what I looked for at the back of the hotel within a minute at a shop called Smash Up.

Room was abit noisy at night

My flight was cancelled and I contacted to customer service of Trip.com immediately. Customer service replied me they noticed European Hotel and we would check in late. Sadly, when I checked in, the counter girl (a Chinese or Asia with poker face) said that she didn’t receive any email and I can’t cancel the booking . I just friendly reminded her that I would be late to check in only. Not for cancellation. I asked her that did two single beds room available or not. Her attitude was so awful and mean. “ You booked what kind of room, we provide what kind of room, you can’t change it!” Awwwww…Recently, I lived in four hotels in Australia, I think she is the most rude and impolite reception staff.

Allow safe luggage storage

Good location. Had a room upgrade for this booking and room condition was good. Moved to a different room for a subsequent booking and the other room had a leaking shower and noisy toilet fan. Some staff are responsive and helpful.
