Literally one of the worst hotel experiences of my life staying in this hotel. Arrived staff were rude and provided a card that didn't active the hotel room, no apology for the mistake. Late check out request and provided, key card deactivated at 12, when should have been active until 3. Again zero apology. Room wasn't cleaned for 2 days had to ask twice for it to be cleaned, again no apology... I think you can see a theme here. Ive stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is the rudest staff ive ever experienced. They seem to be under the impression that customers are an inconvience to them... avoid this hotel!.
