Было действительно приятно иметь поблизости продуктовый магазин, и если вы собираетесь прогуляться до Таргета или Берлингтона, когда забываете что-то принести, то это место для вас. Завтрак был нормальным (не самым лучшим). Моя комната такая же чистая, поэтому у меня не было претензий, потому что я действительно проверяю. Вид из моей комнаты был плохим, но вид на мою комнату со стороны входа был отличным. В остальном персонал был приятным. Мне очень понравилось, что у них есть шаттлы, чтобы отвезти вас в аэропорт и из аэропорта (который не так уж далеко), так что это было очень удобно. Кроме того, добраться до центра Феникса или даже до района Скоттсдейл было очень удобно, потому что у Ubers и Lyft были хорошие цены.

Awesome place to book a stay very clean and nice rooms.

Place is very nice. One problem the plumbing wasn’t good. Toilet kept overflowing. Otherwise we will be back.

酒店離高速很近，交通便利，停車場很大，但是服務一般，製冰機壞了二天也沒人維修，停車，攜程寫着免費，到店收取了我10美元一天，旅行社客人比較多

非常好非常好，外走廊式酒店罕見，房間大，套房，竟然有微波爐可以自己做食物，下次再到鳳凰城，衹遠這一家。強烈推薦

Burger Theory was a great option for dinner and it was connected to the hotel. Hotel was nice and rooms were clean I’d stay again if the opportunity comes along.

Kids loved the pool, adults loved the fire table sitting area where you can still keep an eye on the kids 😀

House keeping not thorough, I had to request multiple times for our room to be cleaned, and when they cleaned, they weren’t good. Trash not taken out, tables, sinks counters not cleaned, things not picked up. Television not working, had to ask twice to be fixed, even when it was fixed it was still not working well, maintenance guy said he would bring a new remote and we never heard from them. Restaurant: It was great that kids ate free but staff were not consistent on how many kids and when they ate free, sometimes we got charged, other times one kid ate free and other times two of them ate free. It was so inconsistent. Front desk not welcoming, they don’t explain how things work at check in, when I called for house keeping services, the front desk told me she did not work in housekeeping and didn’t know the procedure if we were to be serviced, she advised I leave a msg for a housekeeping supervisor (omg), I have to ask for her supervisor to get me more information. I travel quite often and honestly I was very disappointed in this hotel.

Nicer than usual for an HI express. Convenient to airport. Room was nice. A bit noisy on road side. Restaurant also good though hours a bit limited.

Room was large with a nice family room area separate from the bedroom. Bathroom had both a large shower and jetted tub. We would definitely stay here again!

I had indicated many weeks in advance that I would like an early check in due to an event that I was attending. I even indicated that I was willing to pay extra for the courtesy. When I arrived, I was told that I couldn’t check in early because they had updated their computer system and they couldn't tell which rooms were already cleaned and available. But get this, the gentleman that they helped before me was allowed to check in early and they had no issue figuring out what was clean and available. All it would have taken is to contact housekeeping and ask them which rooms they had ready. The fact that they had no issue in figuring out what was ready for the gentleman before me and then tell me that they couldn’t do the same for me was astoundingly rude. I was treated differently for no other reason than they didn’t want to put in a little extra effort for me. This is called discrimination. As a result of the desk people’s incompetence, I was forced to go down the road and use a gas station bathroom to change into my formal attire and get ready for my event. Don’t give me any hogwash that there’s no guarantee that you can check in early either. If the gentleman before me was allowed, then there was zero reason I couldn’t. The lady at the desk told me she knew there were available rooms. She just didn’t want to put in a little extra work to figure it out for me.

The room is spacious and clean, but the bathroom was not in great condition. The roof above the shower was peeling from being wet and there was a hole in the paint so it looked really bad.
