Todd and Lisa are wonderful hosts. The suite had great amenities including full kitchen and private bath. Breakfast was fresh and the farm is lovely. A great example of humane and sustainable husbandry. Todd was so kind and provided a great farm tour. The hiking at Hanging rock and Pilot mountain was wonderful.

This is a very unique Farm Bed and Breakfast actually on a 90 acre working farm. Owners Lisa and Todd are great and attentive innkeepers as well as environmentally responsible farmers. The Inn is exceptional and our room/suite was equipped with every amenity possible. Highly recommended.

Todd was so wonderful! From the comfortable beds and luxury suites to the wonderful homemade breakfast from the farm, we couldn't ask for more. It was so delicious! We can't wait to go back soon! And it's right around the corner from a wonderful winery - JOLO Winery!

It was our first visit to A Mighty Oak B&B and it far exceeded our expectations. If you're like me when you are researching places to stay you check out the website and read all the tripadvisor reviews. I can honestly say all the 5 star reviews were spoton. If you're on the fence about staying at A Mighty Oak B&B go ahead and make the reservation you won't be disappointed...from the location, the setting, the cleanliness, the Innkeepers/Owners, and the gourmet breakfast this place is a must! Great location...convenient to wineries Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain, Elkin, etc.

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend for a wedding we were attending at JOLO Winery. This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and we have to say, we cannot imagine staying anywhere better. From our view out our window overlooking the beautiful farm and the vista of Pilot Mountain, to the five star breakfast owners Todd and his wife Lisa prepared were outstanding, with impeccably maintained rooms and private baths. We sat outside on the upstairs porch and the quiet that surrounds you is meditative. We loved our stay here and we would give it 10 stars if there was the option. Oh, and on departure we purchased one of their chickens and eggs to take home. Nothing like farm fresh eggs in the morning. Thank you Todd and Lisa for a fabulous weekend. We booked the Elegant green room that looks over the back. Be sure to visit the surrounding wineries and even Mt. Airy for some memorable strolls.

My wife and I have been to many B&B's, mostly those on Select Registry. This is the first time I have written a review. My wife chose A Mighty Oak because of its proximity to the wedding we were attending. This place is outstanding - the room was spacious and spotless. We stayed two nights. I liked all the details, eg. the non-skid surface of the tub/shower. They have an upsatairs room with snacks and soft drinks. We had a balcony with rocking chairs and beautiful view. Todd, the owner and our host was polite and courteous. He and his wife prepared gorment breakfasts which we took pictures of to send to our foodie friends. This is a working farm which Todd explains in detail and you can buy some of their products. The price is very reasonable. Bottom line, a great place to stay.

Stayed here one night in the little apartment. Room was clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and the property is beautiful. Enjoyed reading the history of the farm in the informational book in the room. Hope to make it make next time we are in the area.

Todd and Lisa are superb hosts. From the moment you meet them you know you are in wonderful hands. The accommodations felt like home. The view was breathtaking and the food perfection! We cannot wait to plan our next visit. Take the time to find out more about their farm. It’s a wonderful experience!

Awesome place to stay. It is very clean and quiet. I enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings on the porch. There is almost no light and noise pollution. The breakfast is worth the stay alone. All the reviews I read as well as the website are extremely accurate. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our grown kids. Todd and Lisa are gracious hosts and enjoyed Todd’s engagement during breakfast on various topics.
