"Unfortunately, the check-in experience really hurt this stay. The clerk made us feel like he just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible and be left alone. There was no explanation, no welcome, and the whole process felt rushed and uncomfortable. Check-in was disorganized and unpleasant, which gave a bad first impression of the hotel. Customer service definitely needs improvement."

"The hotel is located in the old town of Pinto. There is a large supermarket nearby. Shopping is very convenient. There is a large park and a church not far away. It is not far from the municipal center. The location is good. The hotel breakfast is rich and tastes good😌 👍"

"Hotel with a Chocolate theme. The owner, who welcomes us with extreme friendliness, while dealing with the check-in bureaucracy, directs us to the hotel restaurant where they offer us hot chocolate and a piece of homemade cake. Delicious. The room was super comfortable, very well air-conditioned, and had a welcoming chocolate smell. Breakfast consists of a hot drink and a very good cake (made at the hotel). It's not a buffet, but it's more than enough. We had dinner one night at the hotel (not included in the price) as suggested by the owner. We ate pizza also made on site, excellent preparation. We had left Parque Warner at 9pm, as there are no great restaurant options in the area, it ended up being a great decision. The staff is very attentive. Finally, despite being located about 20/25 minutes from Warner Park, there is a bus next to the Pinto Train Station (a 5-minute walk from the hotel) that takes us exclusively to the Park. The only thing I would improve is just a small detail, the blinds (at least in my room) were blocked, not allowing them to be opened or closed. It did not close completely, allowing some noise at night to pass through. Returning to Parque Warner, we will stay here again, without a doubt."

"We have just got back to the UK after a 3 night stay in Pinto. We were looking for a fairly central location to stay to visit Parque Warner and Hostal Gran Via Pinto did not disappoint. Firm but comfortable beds, clean, friendly owner and staff. We had a little balcony that looked over the square which was lovely to wake up to. And the breakfast, whilst continental, was included, lots of choice and whilst it was served for you, you could go back for seconds, thirds. The bus to Parque Warner is outside the station and only a 5-6 minute walk from the Hostal. For anyone taking a trip to Parque Warner, don't hesitate to book here!"
