Great little hotel, right in front of the biggest attractions Pisa has to offer. You get to wake up and see the Leaning Tower of Pisa from your bed, visit all the monuments like the Cathedral and Baptistery that are right outside your door, have a little break in your room and continue exploring Pisa right where you left off. This hotel really is in the centre of everything here in Pisa. It's only 20min walk from the train station and the airport shuttle, it's surrounded by restaurants, cafés and gelaterias - what else might one want? Despite the location the room was surprisingly quiet. Everything was clean and kept to a high standard, the rooms are very cosy. The staff is very friendly, they helped us when we had an emergency with our flight and were very flexible with extending our stay and very responsive too. Big thank you!

Really lovely guesthouse with amazing views and location. Fairly basic but room was nicely decorated and clean. There were a couple of flights of stairs up to my room but I find that's the case everywhere in Italy. I enjoyed my stay here.

Let’s say you won’t find a better locaTed hotel. Simple as. The view from the window worth every Penny and all the headaches and struggles you face at reception. To open the window and have a clear straight view of the tower it’s priceless . The rooms are clean, comfortable and reasonable priced , once again based upon location. And that the only reason why I gave it 4stars, because if it was rated just on customer service it will be null. The reception entity who “welcomed “ us was so rude and disrespectful it was unbelievable. His manners are non existent. Towards us (we had a 6yo girl with us) and towards another 2 girls that knocked the door while we were checking in and he literally kicked them out and made them wait outside. He wouldn’t book us a taxi, he made us call the “out of hours number” for it but ,surprise surprise, it was not manned neither, so we couldn’t get a taxi and almost lost our flight in the morning. For the price, you would expect better. I truly hope the hotel owner give the staff some training as it’s extremely poor and unacceptable. The man makes single female travellers feel very scared to even talk to him. (Thanks god for the life saver cleaning lady that was soooo helpful and nice to us! She is a star! ) No breakfast , or any other facilities. Just a room. Notice that. But there are supermarkets , bars and restaurants so you really don’t miss that bit. Breathe in, open the windows, soak up the view and hopefully you can get over the horrendous trea**ent . And just for this view, I will recommend .

Beautifully decorated rooms literally steps from the Pisa Tower. Some with direct views. This hotel are rooms only. The reception is only manned from 3pm to 10pm so do not try and check in early or leave bags as this is not possible. We arrived at 2.30pm so not an issue, enjoyed a drink in the cafe right outside. Be aware that this cafe is premium prices probably due to its view. The many bars and restaurants a few minutes further out are actually very reasonably priced. It is a charming building, recently renovated I would say. The rooms are spacious with large superking beds in a boutique style with spacious bathrooms also and quiet air con. You would expect it to be very noisy but is is actually very quiet. We also had a little balcony with table and 2 chairs at the rear of the building. Our friends had a tower view if you leant out of the window but no balcony. We actually didn’t spend very long in the rooms as we were only there for one night and spent most of our time out sightseeing. The only reason this review does not get 5 stars is because the gentleman on reception was very unhelpful in booking us a taxi to the airport for the following morning as we needed to leave around 7am. He had lots of excuses that didn’t make any sense and we decided to walk to the nearest station instead which was 10 minutes and then one stop to Pisa Centrale where you can get the PisMover shuttle to the airport. I would stay here again.

This is for the birthday celebration of my son Michael and our first time here in Pisa. The charming B&B is just right in front of the tower. It's literally right outside our doorstep and it’s really amazing!!! You can go around the plaza even at night and you don’t have to worry about anything because there are so many stores and restaurants. We got the family suite and Paolo, the hotel owner was very accommodating and so wonderful that he even gave us a discount. He made our stay really special. Our family suite has 2 beautiful bedrooms and are newly renovated with brightly colored furnishings. The rooms are very clean so everything’s perfect!!! My family and I will come back here again next year for our next visit here in Pisa and I highly recommend this very beautiful B&B. Thanks again so much Paolo for your kindness and warm hospitality. If you’re going to Pisa… this is the best place to stay!!!

An absolutely beautiful location in the heart of Pisa! The view from our hotel room (landmark view) was surreal! The hotel was clean and spacious, and our room had a lovely, modern bathroom! The manager was very friendly and allowed us to leave our cases at the hotel whilst we toured the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place feels uncared for, and minimally maintained. No hot water in the shower/broken hairdryer etc.. The property comprises a set of very basic cleaned rooms with key cards to access the property by its front door (on the side alley) and the individual rooms. The key cards are given at a "check in service" which must be arranged by email prior to arrival in order to be sure someone is there to receive you. This property is not a hotel or a "bed and breakfast" as it does not provide breakfast, or any food at all. There is a very small drinks vending machine in the dank entrance hall. There are however tourist filled cafés and restaurants in front of and around it. I was told categorically no staff at all onsite overnight 8pm-8am, but also not necessarily during the day times.. I am 50, have travelled solo all over the world and never experienced such an unpleasant, eye-rolling and aggressive "manager/receptionist" on my arrival. I would not suggest meeting this man as a solo traveller to anyone, as I felt deeply threatened, so if visiting, my recommendation is to travel with a partner/friend or family. The only reason to go to this place is for the absolutely incredible views of the Leaning Tower from the four rooms which face it. I would suggest taking your own bedding and pillows, packing a picnic (or purchasing a picnic and wine from the supermarket around the corner) and booking one of these four rooms simply to commune with the amazing piece of history that is the Leaning Tower for a night.
