Hôtel qui a répondu complètement à nos attentes Bien situé en centre-ville proche des commerces Hôtel propre accepte également de prendre un repas le soir avec une excellente langouste de Cuba Personnel disponible et très agréable qui cherche à vous rendre service surtout les réceptionnistes Un grand merci au staff

Un hotel molto bello per rilassarsi e vedere la magnifica trinidad. Siamo arrivati con la macchina a noleggio e ci ha accolto molto bene la signora Lilian Maria con un drink al tamarindo. Per il rifornimento della benzina Leonardo Manuel ci ha accompagnato alla stazione di benzina. Grazie a loro e a tutta la quadra ci siamo sentiti coccolati come se fossimo casa. Popolo fantastico e disponibile Cuba por siempre!!!.

The courtyard is old fashioned and a nice place to talk, have a drink or just be. The rooms are nicely decorated. We enjoyed it much more than our more modern hotel in Havana. The people in the bar/restaurant are friendly and efficient. You feel welcome there. Breakfast was decent and fast. Coffee was excellent.

La habitación estába muy limpia y la cama bien arreglada me pareció una habitación en general con una excelente higiene.los trabajadores en general muy atentos y preocupados por todos los detalles en especial la recepcionista alta de pelo rubio que fue muy amable en todo momento y muy carismática.les aconsejo visitar el lugar es perfecto para el descanso y excelente gastronomía sin dudas un lugar al cual volvería sin pensar

Excellent accueil à l arrivée avec un personnel réceptionniste au top . Chambre très proprement faites et toujours de la déco sur nos lits avec des personnels de chambres forts sympathiques travaillant dans la bonne humeur et tjrs prêts à rendre service ,Au restaurant, idem et petits déjeuners servis à table . Tout à proximité commerce et visite . Tout le monde est la présent pour satisfaire le client .La seule chose que l on a regretté , c est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps et que l on avait presque les larmes aux yeux à quitter ce personnel très attachant "Merci"

Nous avons passé 4 jours à l hôtel La Ronda à Trinidal un réel paradis .Petit déjeuner servi à table avec un service irréprochable toujours à la disposition du client . Très bon accueil à l arrivée ,le personnel à la réception très accueillants souriant prêt à rendre service , des chambres confortables et un personnel de chambre sympathique souriant et de bon humeur .La situation bien placé ou on a tout a proximité .La seule chose que l on a regretté , c est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps nous pouvons que recommander cet hôtel ou le client n est pas qu un client de passage mais nous avons été bichonné .Presque à avoir les larmes aux yeux en quittant La Ronda et son personnel attachant .

We didn't stay at the hotel but we had a dinner at the hotel restaurant two nights in a row. Good food and portions for Cuban standards with very competitive price comparing other options aimed at tourists. We had an exceptional treat by Leony and his colleagues. Very professional, welcoming and friendly.

Clean, quiet, good location. Staff very kind and helpful. Lovely colonial setting adjacent to a beautiful plaza, with the town’s main plaza a short walk away. Great coffee but food choices are limited. This may be due to ongoing shortages. Still do recommend this hotel and there are many other restaurants you can try nearby.

Primera vez en este 🏨. Muy buena experiencia. El alojamiento excelente: la habitación impecable, todo en orden. La cena espectacular y muy buen servicio. El desayuno también estuvo bueno. Los trabajadores del hotel muy amables, en especial la recepcionista que nos recibió: Lilian. Sería mi primera opción en la ciudad de Trinidad.
