Central location, not fancy or luxurious

酒店非常不錯，很驚喜。而且現在淡季，人不多，體驗非常好。適合成年人和帶大孩子來。房間陽台有各式躺椅，遮陽傘和餐桌。很方便。酒店本身還有米其林餐廳和海邊酒吧餐館。

Einfach nur unglaublich

Gorgeous Hotel ! If you want peace & quite in a family run luxury hotel - this is the place. Staff are very attentive.excellent location near the golden mile. Plenty of sun-beds with space in both the sunshine and shade. Padded mattresses. Artwork inside and outside the hotel is so interesting. Garden is beautifully tended. Breakfast is the best I have had in Tenerife- with chef cooking at the grill everyday. Freshly squeezed orange juice and Cava makes the stay such a treat.

We have just come back from a week at this lovely hotel. Stayed a few years ago and was not disappointed. This is a lovely calm tranquil oasis with the hustle and bustle just outside the door when you need it. Staff as usual were brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely honeymoon. We shall be back.

The most amazing hotel in the area, both architecturally and in terms of customer service. Nothing is too much trouble, breakfasts are gorgeous, plenty of comfortable sun beds, staff are so lovely. We will definitely come back again. The only improvement I would suggest is the ability to have extra pillows? I am used to 2 pillows.

This was our first time at Villa Cortes and the overall experience was very good. The negative point was the lobby bar where the service unfortunately left a lot to be desired. The person serving had to split time being working in the bar and actually delivering room service. This meant waits of up to 20 minutes to get served. Needless to say we didn't go to the lobby bar after the second attempt which was a shame as its a fine looking bar. The room we was in in was great and was a street facing room but we had no noise issues at all and the cleanliness of the room was very high. Bed very comfortable, plenty of storage and a very good shower and double sink arrangement. We was only staying on a B&B basis but the breakfast layout was great. Everything you could want and the chefs on the cooking station you could not fault. Actual honeycomb on the wall dripping fresh honey into a point was a first for us. The pool area was great with good loungers and plenty of pool towels provided. Pool bar area was a lovely place to relax before heading back to the room for a couple of end of day drinks and Elanor was such a happy person. Felt at times she could have had some more support. Used the OA beach club which is great but was surprised no discounts on loungers or umbrellas for hotel guests. Over all a very good stay at Villa Cortes and would recommend and stay again.

Perfection ! My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and the Villa Cortés delivered everything I hoped it would be. The staff were fantastic, friendly courteous and welcoming , the hotel decor was amazing ,from the paintings , statues , the vibrant colours of the buildings to the architecture and design it was all of a very high standard. The food and service were superb with a different menu or theme each night , breakfast was all you could ask for with variety and fresh food , eating in a beautiful courtyard each morning . We ate at the beach club every lunchtime which again was excellent food and service . We found the hotel to be a perfect place to relax around the beautiful Pool area in almost silence apart from the parakeets and the sea and a little music from the pool bar . Thank you Villa Cortés we will Definitely be back.

Just spent a week here over Easter - from the minute we arrived, everything was nothing other than top drawer. Check-in and service from the reception desk was first class throughout our week, our room was spacious with a spectacular terrace including a bali bed and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The pool area is beautiful, a sort of an oasis, in what is really the busiest/livliest area of PDLA - but the outstanding feature for me is the breakfast experience!.......the ambience, variety of food, combined with the wonderful egg chefs & station make this a memorable experience in itself. Thank you to all at Villa Cortes for such an enjoyable week - we look forward to a return visit in July.
