A beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff great food and beautiful rooms! I would like to thank the entertainment guys at the kids club who my children loved especially the karaoke and kids disco they loved it you made our holiday we will definitely be back!

The hotel has a lovely feel to it. Kind staff, clean, the apartment and restaurant is of a high quality. The spa is luxurious. There’s plenty of food options in the buffet style restaurant- something for everyone. We visited for a cycling trip and the location is ideal between Pollenca and Alcudia. There’s a cycling shop at the back of the hotel too. It’s been a very pleasant experience.

Family holiday and I took my bike. Location is great and although not right in the centre there is a bus stop right outside. Public transport is so easy in mallorca. Just use your bank card on entry and exit. Easy. We stayed half board, the food was really delicious and the staff in the restaurants and bars were very friendly and helpful. Coffee in the morning was a bit dicey, as was the juice, but pur room was equipped with a nespresso machine so we could enjoy lovely coffee in the room. The pools and garden were immaculately clean and there is a bike shop and hire place on the grounds. Only issue was the reception staff were a but surly, maybe we caught them on a bad day? But all the rest were fantastic. Great value holiday was had, and the cycling is brilliant!

First time at Club del Sol and food was okay but apart from that we had an awful time. No fan in the room and only on our night that the hotel system turned the aircon on. Can’t leave the door open because the noise from the other guests until about 1am. Spa where the jacuzzi and sauna not being cleaned. Bits on the the floor where there 6 days later. Hotel has the worst manager and not trained to deliver customer service. Try a different hotel if you can. Avoid at all costs!

I have just returned from a 7 night stay with my 3 children .As a single parent travelling I can't recommend this hotel enough ( not just for single parents or even parents ) as the week was amazing . We arrived late at night ( used Solhop to pre book taxis - highly recommended ) the staff at reception were very welcoming and we had a food platter and drinks in our room on arrival . The room was clean and modern with a small kitchenette . The breakfast buffet was great , so much choice and the drinks were included ( juice , tea , coffee , etc) . The hotel had a spa which was free to use and as it wax Easter the kids could use the pool for at certain times during the day . I had a massage and the staff were amazing , friendly and the ambience was relaxing . The lunch was a la carte and the menu was small but everything was delicious and you had starters , mains and desserts . Drinks were extra ( water and wine were included ) . There was entertainment ( provided by Gregory ) who was great with the kids and we often joined in with whatever was going on . The boys found an Astro turf pitch and the hotel was secluded and safe enough for me to let them go back and forth freely . The shop onsite had plenty and although expensive was on par with other shops in town . The dinner buffet was amazing , plenty of choice and they themed each evening so we had Japanese , Indian and Chinese as well as Spanish dishes . Also every night you could choose a fish or meat selection to be freshly cooked ( sea bream , steak , etc ) Again water and wine included but other drink's were extra . We stayed full board and the drinks were around 3 euros for Diet Coke /Fanta . The bar often had live entertainment . All the staff are friendly and attentive . The hotel is right on the beach but it's a pebble beach but nice to collect shells , sea glass and the view is amazing . You can walk into town takes around 20 mins and plenty to look at with some great bars and little shops . You can also get the bus ( book online and scan your qr code when you get on as it's 8 euros cheaper each way . The reception staff are always lovely and helpful . I would highly recommend and we will be returning .

Club del sol is a good hotel near pollenca majorca, it isnt really good walking to town because its a long an quite dangerous route because you walk on the road but a taxi to the town is about 4-6 euros each way, but the apartment hotel is nice, the pools are deep but there is smaller and shallower pools for kids, the good here is alright in the buffet and the pool bar is very nice, the staff are amazing and very friendly. The rooms in the hotel are very nice with a modern feel and have amazing views from inside and outer facing rooms because the hotel is close to the ocean so overall i like the hotel and recommend it to others

Overall I would give this hotel a 4.5 if I could. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and has beautiful views. We were all inclusive and the food was lovely - no complaints- buffet at breakfast and dinner and lunch in the restaurant. Only 2 points to mention - the hotel is about a 30 min walk to puerto pollensa and we didn’t feel it was a safe walking route but can be easily accessed by the bus at the bottom of the road. The other point is that they don’t clean the rooms twice per week- for me this is part of your holiday experience. There is a mini market on site and you can get the basics. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return - was quite quite given it was school holidays but it was early in the season

Stayed with my two daughters.... absolutely great holiday. Complex is clean and well looked after. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were breakfast only, food was lovely and chef came out to help talk me through what my daughter with allergies could have. Market on the site came with great options for lunches etc. My daughter was a particular fan of the vegan pastries she could have! Hotel is not central to the beach etc. But bus right at the end of the driveway which will take you to either alcudia or port pollencia. We will definitely be back next year.... already can't wait!!

I love this hotel. After staying 5 years ago, we decided to return again this summer and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for an extremely lively hotel with constant entertainment in the centre of the resort, then this is not the hotel for you. On the other hand, if you like a family friendly hotel, with excellent facilities a very calm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere suitable for families then I would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very well presented and kept clean. The main pool is a very good size ( plenty of rooms for inflatables) good range of sun-beds- some people did get up early and put towels on to reserve but there was always sun-beds available throughout the day. We stayed on a self catering basis as this suits us as we like to eat out. We did eat in the buffet restaurant both for breakfast and evening meal and found there was a good selection of food and it never felt too crowded. The terrace restaurant has a nice selection of food and the staff were very friendly. We used the buses a lot to travel to both Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia - it was very easy and they ran frequently. It’s an easy 30 minute walk into town with a few beach bars on the way. I cannot fault this hotel at all - I absolutely love it and will definitely return in the future.
