"Отличное расположение — очень близко к пляжу и всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от прекрасных ресторанов. Сам отель очень чистый, а персонал очень дружелюбный. Завтрак тоже очень хороший — большой выбор. Весь персонал, обслуживающий завтраки, очень приветлив. Тренажерный зал небольшой, но хорошо оборудован. Мы были в этом отеле уже 3 раза. Последний раз это было 2-3 года назад, и это по-прежнему отличный отель. Единственное, что я бы отметила, это то, что бассейн выглядит немного изношенным. Некоторые плитки отслаиваются, и кажется, что ему просто нужен небольшой ремонт. Вечером в баре было очень мало атмосферы. Там никогда не было многолюдно, но персонал бара по вечерам был не очень воодушевлен, и нас долго обслуживали. Когда мы возвращались в отель около 9:30-10 вечера, бар был пуст. Есть несколько частых посетителей, которые занимают шезлонги слишком долго, как и во многих других отелях. Есть табличка, запрещающая бронирование, но было бы хорошо иметь систему, при которой полотенца убираются, если шезлонг не используется около часа. Обычно мы ходили на пляж, но когда возвращались позже, шезлонгов часто не было, зато было много лежаков с полотенцами, которыми никто не пользовался, и казалось, что ими не пользовались большую часть дня."

"Fantastic little place located in a quiet corner of Mallorca. I stayed in Cala Sant Vincenç together with my mum and the hotel has provided both of us with everything we wanted. It is a quiet establishment frequented by a more mature clientele. Its charming classical Mallorcan decor appealed to our taste and we were impressed by the overall quality of fittings and furnishings. There’s a certain old world charm to this place - one does not see it very often these days and although for some it might seem slightly old fashioned I personally think it’s really beautiful and actually very practical. For a 4 star hotel guests get a lot - complementary bottle of wine upon arrival, bottled mineral water provided daily, bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom, good quality toiletries, electric pot in the room and plenty of space. I’d recommend to book a superior room or a junior suite as they are more spacious and comfortable to use. The hotel has a generous sized pool surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Buffet style breakfast is adequate with an additional à la carte hot options served upon request. Staff are all friendly and helpful. It’s really difficult for me to fault anything in this place. Although the hotel does not have its private parking space, there are plenty of places around to park a car - I never had a problem with finding one. Cala Sant Vincenç is a strong contender for our next Mallorcan vacation."

"Quiet apartment complex ,hotel opposite very busy and pools manic. Don’t get an apartment in the corner as rooms are small and not those on the pictures . Ours had no electric plug in the kitchen and only 2 plugs in the whole apartment. Shower was good till the last day when we had no hot water all day. No English TV Chanel’s yet 90% of the clients are English!!! I wouldn’t recommend or come back."

Завтрак был хорошим, но, на мой взгляд, качество еды вечером нуждается в улучшении. Тем не менее, это отличный отель по соотношению цены и качества, идеально подходящий для молодых семей."

"Pros * The entertainment team, especially Giuseppe and Martyna, were fantastic. They were friendly, energetic and really helped create a fun atmosphere throughout our stay. The foam party and pony riding were fantastic. * There were lots of families staying at the hotel, which made it easy for both us and our children to make new friends. * No sunbed rush! We headed to the pool around 9:00am each morning and had no trouble finding sunbeds. * We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and we’re glad we did. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options, while the local restaurants in Puerto Pollensa are excellent—especially Tolos, which we visited more than once. * The restaurant staff were always welcoming, friendly and smiling. * The beer and wine prices at the hotel were reasonable, although the spirits were noticeably expensive. Cons * We stayed in a family suite for two adults and two children (aged 10 and 5), and it felt quite cramped. There was also very limited storage space for clothes and luggage. * The hotel was noisy throughout. The room doors slam shut very loudly, so we ended up wearing earplugs every night to avoid being woken up. * There are several bars directly opposite the hotel with live music that often continued beyond 11:00pm. This wasn’t ideal for families with young children trying to get to sleep. * The housekeeping on the fourth floor was disappointing. The room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned properly. * The gym could do with better air conditioning. It only has a single air conditioning unit, so working out in there was an intense experience, especially during warmer weather. * The sauna was disappointing. I asked at reception why it wasn’t getting any hotter and was told it is intentionally set to 50°C. If you’re expecting a traditional hot sauna, you’ll likely find it underwhelming. Overall Overall, it’s a good family hotel with a friendly atmosphere, excellent entertainment and a solid breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay, but the noise levels, small family suites, inconsistent housekeeping and a few shortcomings with the gym and spa facilities mean there’s definitely room for improvement."
