Vitoria Regia Praia Hotel

Every year I visit my family in Porto Seguro I stay in this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and the place feels like home! Pedro and all his colleagues are like super stars! Hopefully next year I’ll return and surely stay there again :-) thank you! Serena, Naraya & Patrick

If you're looking for a place that really takes covid prevention measures, look somewhere else. Not a single employee of this hotel takes it seriously. They mostly wear masks covering only the mouth. The breakfast buffet is a horror movie. No disposable gloves to get the items on the buffet. People sneezing on the food. I couldn't eat there a single day. Employees again with masks on the chin or just covering the mouth. There are signs everywhere saying that the use of mask is mandatory in common spaces, but none of that is enforced by the team. People are freely walking around, no masks. Upon check-in no one that was hanging around was wearing a mask and no one does anything about it. I complained MULTIPLE times in the reception about this and no one cared that much. On the last day, they said I could leave a feedback form in a box! After insisting, they said I could talk to Alexandre, the boss, but I didn't find him in time. Once or twice there was no alcohol sanitizer in the main dispensers. The swimming pool is often very very dirty by the end of the afternoon. The structure of the hotel is fine. But don't expect to have a good time there if you care for your health. The doors of the rooms are also not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbours sometimes. The wifi in our bedroom also didn't work (room 630). Overall, horrible experience and don't plan to ever lay my feet on this hotel again.

The apar**ent we stayed wasn’t really clean, walls were dirty. They asked us to changed room because of a power outage but then a few hour latter there was a different family there. There was also open sewer line next to our new room with a terrible smell and rats!

Every time I visit Brazil, I stay in this hotel! The place is great- live music, beautiful pool, bar, kid area, wonderful breakfast and super friendly staff! I couldn’t pick a better hotel for the same location and value :-)

Nice place to stay at Porto Seguro/BA. This hotel is nice hotel, cozy and comfy, made of 2 floors distributed in a great area. Have a nice pool, with a bar attached and are easy to go to the beach. The room is great! Large, with great bathroom and a wardrobe to organize the clothes. The beds are awesome, and we sleep nicely. The breakfast are tasteful and assorted, but the couscous (cuscuz) are little stiff and with no taste. But the juices are great, and they made a very good and fresh tapioca. The negative point was the other guests, that refuse the use of face masks during the hardest period of the Pandemic COVID.

Nos hospedamos por 8 dias e a experiência foi ótima. Os quartos espaçosos e muito limpos. Apesar de não ser a beira mar o hotel disponibiliza transfer para a praia, contudo, você consegue ir andando até lá. Na frente existe farmácia, lojinha de utilidades e restaurantes com bom preço. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos, especialmente o Antonio da recepção e a tia Nete da brinquedoteca, meu filho ficou encantado com ela. Recomendo muito o hotel e pretendemos voltar!

Me hospedei na semana retrasa no hotel e fiquei 8 dias! A primeira vista o hotel é lindo, em meio a natureza, recepção nota 10, cozinha nota 10, café da manhã nem se fala então. Os quartos são normais e os banheiros precisaram de reforma em breve, assim como o ar condicionado que fica vazando água dentro do quarto, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a hospedagem! Quero deixar minha indignação com a senhora que fica na área kids! Uma senhora totalmente despreparada e sem motivo nenhum para trabalhar com crianças, como se ela estivesse sendo forçada mesmo. Primeiro que quando escolhi o hotel fui informada que teria área kids com monitor para que eu e meu esposo também pudesse curtir o hotel, mas não. Logo fui informada por essa senhora que como minha bebê que já anda, já se vira sozinha não poderia ficar sozinha e que eu teria que acompanhar! NENHUMA CRIANÇA FICA MAIS QUE 5 MINUTOS NA ÁREA KIDS, pois essa monitora é tão inconveniente com as crianças que eu e meu esposo ficamos indignados. Ela se incomoda se as crianças correm, se as crianças falam alto, se as crianças tiram os brinquedos do lugar e ela não faz monitoria nenhuma, fica apenas sentada mexendo no celular e ainda coloca umas músicas para as crianças escutarem que só ela conhece! Como cativar uma criança assim? Digo o mesmo para a área de jogos, pois tem que brincar na área de jogos do jeito que ela quer! Coloquem por favor alguém que goste de trabalhar com criança, porque nem eu que não sou criança me senti mal com essa senhora!

Excelente atendimento. Desde a recepção até a limpeza dos quartos. Funcionários sempre solícitos e prestativos. Café da manhã sensacional com muitas opções e tudo sendo reposto o tempo todo (mesmo próximo do horário de encerrar). Estrutura do hotel também excelente para aproveitar o dia.
