Villa Petra

We’ve enjoyed every hour off our stay in this villa the food and the quiet and warm a**osphere was marvellous Definitely will come again I will recommend it to all my friends and family as an awesome place to spend your evening plus is not far away from Beautiful places such as Lago De GARDA and the best thing is that the price is from this world)))

Hotel was fine. The room was ok size, bath room needs imrovements. Breakfast lady was great! However you cannot take breakfast youzelf - you have to ask for bread, piece of cheese, yougurt or so.

The kindness of staff, really exquisite.

+ Pluses Room: exceptionally clean, very large, quiet and great air conditioning. Breakfast: lovely buffet with a selection of pastries, juices, cold cuts, yoghurt, eggs, etc. Front of hotel - exterior: nicely appointed furnishings, Astro turf, very clean Presence of locals: At breakfast, it was obvious that local residents come for breakfast and/or just coffee. A nice touch! - Minuses Swimming pool & garden in the back of the hotel: I was dreaming of a curated lawn I saw in the photos on *********** & hotel website; the reality did not match the photos, at all; no grass in a lot of areas & ****s growing all around the pool. Despite the summer 2022 drought in the Emilia-Romagna region, the ****s could have been removed at the very least. Housekeeping: A housekeeper dressed in a tank top and shorts was seated in a guest area, smoking a cigarette & reading her smartphone for at least 10-20 minutes; a clothes rack near the parking lot. Soap: No hand soap at the bathroom sink. The shower had a fixed container of soap & a movable container of shampoo. Sun lounge chairs: An incoherent hodgepodge of chairs. The first one I tried was broken; I saw another guest with a similar problem. From the early evening to the next morning, the hotel did nothing to put the chairs in order or empty ashtrays. Dead plants on display: In view of the drought, perhaps the hotel might cull the dead plants & leave the planters empty. Front desk staff - missing in action: Arriving for check-in at 2 p.m. (normal check-in is 4.30 p.m., but I requested the 2 p.m. check-in & the hotel advised me that it would be available), there was no one at the front desk; when I was ready to check out at around 9 a.m., there was no one at the front desk. Credit card: At checkout, I presented my American Express, but the receptionist was totally unaware that the hotel did not take American Express until the payment was rejected because the card wasn't accepted. Misleading signage: *********** photos have a capture of "Villa Petra Hotel **** & Restaurant". This sign is still outside the hotel though the hotel does not have a restaurant at this time. The hotel's website does not advertise a restaurant, but features the bar that includes the possibility of meals. Signage should be removed. Uniforms: Normally, 4-star hotels have staff in uniforms. No uniforms in sight.

L'Hotel Villa Petra offre un soggiorno straordinario con camere lussuose, un personale attento e una cucina eccellente. La posizione panoramica e i giardini e la piscina super curati hanno contribuito a creare un'esperienza indimenticabile. Lo consiglio molto per un soggiorno di estremo comfort per una coppia!!

Personale cordiale, ottima pulizia, check-in e check-out flessibile che ci ha permesso di gestire al meglio il soggiorno. Parcheggio in location, con colonnina ricarica elettrica. Bella esperienza, molto vicino a diverse attrattive, centrale tra Verona, Modena e Bologna.

Hotel molto pulito, in camera ho trovato un kit di benvenuto molto apprezzato personale gentile e si mangia bene anche nel ristorante dell’ hotel. Nella tariffa era compreso il parcheggio e con un piccolo supplemento abbiamo usufruito di una jacuzzi esterna ricalcata una emozione unica.
