Отношение к обслуживанию было очень плохим.Вода в номере была очень маленькая и пыльная, и не было горячей воды.Я звонила несколько раз, и мне сказали прийти через пять минут.Потом сказали, что придет через десять минут.Через десять минут им сказали подождать. После нескольких уговоров я вышел из себя перед приездом, и эффективность моей работы была низкой. Завтрак средний, цена дорогая, фотографии отличаются от реальных, рекламные фотографии из другого отеля, а фотографии номеров из этого отеля. Вводит в заблуждение. Отель трудно найти, лифт маленький и плохой. Честно говоря, это даже не так хорошо, как отель за 50 юаней в Китае... У меня нет никаких дурных намерений по отношению к этому отелю, я просто констатирую факты и свои ощущения после пребывания там.

Все рядом, хорошее обслуживание, прямо в центре, недалеко от вокзала и автобусной остановки напротив, оживленная улица немного шумновата.

Чрезвычайно гостеприимное обслуживание и очень хорошая структура. Ночью в комнате было немного шумно, был какой-то окружающий шум, который я не мог определить, и мне было немного трудно заснуть. Кроме того, свет из коридора проходил под дверь спальни. Ничего серьезного, но если вам трудно заснуть, стоит учитывать эти факторы. Однако в целом я доволен и думаю, что вернусь сюда в будущем.

Nice hotel nice staff Just an issue with the room temperature but overall a place to stay close to the train station, subway and buses

The hotel was neat, clean, tidy and quiet once you found it! Bothered a hotel nearby who told me how to find this hotel. Signage is not very visible.

This property was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the cruise port. The only negative was that it is not easy to find.

Very good facitilies. Close to Termini Station and historical places. Clean rooms and helpfull staff. Special thanks to Filippo who has helped us a lot.

It should have been notified how to access the hotel. The address is in a building with construction and it looks untrustworthy. We had to ask multiple locals and until one mentioned to take the elevator inside the building to the 4th floor we did not know where the hotel was. The sign in the glass door in the street is not too visible. Once in the hotel everything is fine.

Well located and clean with a pleasant and helpful staff. Modern rooms but lacking in charm. The building is currently being renovated which may explain why the water was barely lukewarm during the daytime.

We were looking for a hotel near Termini Station for our last night in Italy before flying out early the next morning. Floris Hotel was not easy at first to find, a street vendor saw us looking around and pointed out where it was for us and knew immediately we were looking for Floris. I had forgotten that this hotel was the one on the 4th floor that is hard to find. We were greeted immediately. It is a nice front desk area and hall, has a working elevator which was nice with all 3 of us and our luggage. We only had a few hours to sleep once we got back to the hotel. I didn't sleep well, the bed wasn't great for me. They did have waters for us in the fridge and the fridge worked nicely which was great to store fruit in for my breakfast. The a/c worked very well and the rooms look newer. I had to ask for a blanket so they brought those immediately. The shower leaked onto the floor and in the morning after my husband showered I turned on the water to take a quick shower and after 10 minutes the water was still ice cold, I gave up and did a sponge bath from the sink that was very warm water. Not sure what happened there. We were leaving before 7am, so the front desk person wasn't there and thankfully the breakfast attendant called us a taxi. It was fine for what we needed. I don't like leaving negative reviews, I worked in hotels for years, so I understand how things work. I just don't think this place was worth what we spent last minute to get a hotel.

The Hotel is on the 4th floor using a very small elevator. The entrance is not too inviting, it seems to be the entrance to several hotels. That said the hotel was very nice. Room was very good.

Don’t stay here, completely unacceptable facility. No hot water, limited air conditioning.

It's a perfectly fine hotel option that is well located. The entrance to the building is off putting, very dingy and dark. Once on the hotel for, it is much nicer, though nothing fancy. The breakfast was ok, again nothing fancy. The staff were very nice and room was fine.

I always read reviews before I book a hotel, so I was prepared what to expect: the building the hotel is in is not clean from outside but inside is clean and elevator is NEW. The hotel is on the 4th floor. It smells good and clean! Johnny was very nice and welcoming to us. He made check in a breeze. I also got upgraded to a larger room. It was very spacious and bright with a small but clean bathroom. Note to hotel management: please have some storage for toiletries in bathroom as I had to put my things inside the bide, there was no space to put anything. A small bathroom cabinet in the corner would do. The hotel is very quiet, you literally can not hear any noise from the street. The street the hotel is located on is quiet and perfectly located near shopping and cafes restaurants etc. by walk you can go anywhere from this hotel and it’s on a road that is easily accessible from any direction. The beds were comfortable, the blanket were weird not a duvet but thin blankets and a bedsheet. Overall, it was a great stay good value for money and I would return here. Originally I booked only for overnight (I normally stay in 5* only but since we arrived night I thought for sleep I could just book a clean, more affordable 3* to sleep in, next day go to “my actual hotel”, and I carefully selected this one!) but we liked the location and convenience (and cleanliness) so much we decided to stay another night since we really on the go all day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
