Отель очень красивый, расположение хорошее, обслуживание хорошее, все очень милые и хотят помочь, особенно посыльный - Уилл! Он был так хорош и обаятелен!

Location was good 17 min to Trevi Fountain 30 min walking to Collesuem , after that Vatican museum takes 30 min with taxi and around 20 Euro, location was quite good. No water , no cattle in the room , no tissue , very old furniture first night stay was good but 2nd night next room all voices was in our room. I couldnt sleep 1 hour

Booked this for our 10 year anniversary and we were disappointed. The hotel itself looked great. The staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The rooftop bar was an added bonus, the limoncello spritz was excellent, it's in a great location. That's the pros. Cons - the room smelled of damp, quite badly, the showerhead was broke, the shower leaked, the electric socket fitting in the bathroom was nearly completely off and a hazard, there was a generator right outside our window running constantly, meaning we couldn't open the window at night, no iron available, 45euro per person for 3 hrs in the spa is quite frankly scandalous. Not exactly a luxury spa hotel but a reasonable place to stay if advertised and priced correctly.

The Staff from the bell boys to Janina and all the reception staff were so helpful , friendly and so much fun to deal with . They truly went above and beyond with any help we asked for. Up on the top level (with the panoramic view. The breakfast ,dinner and music ..where all the staff joined in . It felt like one big happy family working there. Rooms were quaint, beds comfortable .Location was wonderful for all attractions, shopping (oh did I say shopping lol) and resturants. safe for walking around . I cannot say more. Im returning for business next year and look forward to staying there again. We three ladies miss your smiling faces. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Ideal location, close enough to walk to all the local attractions but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend staying here. The rooms are quirky in terms of decoration but that’s part of what makes this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff could not do enough for you, we brought the wrong key for our padlock and needed help to get it off, this was not a problem and it was soon bolt cut off! It was our second visit to this hotel and we received a lovely complimentary bottle of fizz in our room on our arrival.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. I loved the location just outside the town centre but a ten minute walk in or a taxi cost around 10 euros to most attractions. A short walk on your doorstep to bus services and metro link in the near by square. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were always helpful. Beds were made daily . Clean towels and toiletries. Air con was very good .We upgraded and had a balcony that looked onto the street. Plenty of little shops , restaurants and we found a lovely cafe which served coffees drinks snacks and meals at extremely good prices.I can not wait to return!!

Overall a good experience, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However it was lacking in basic facilities (had cups in the room but no tea or coffee, tv had Netflix but did not work and no iron). The spa is offered for an extra €45 per person but would not recommend! We were not allowed into the pool area we were shown and the only other things offered were a shower, cold steam room and disappointing sauna. Also not very relaxing as we were being watched on cameras and there was a member of staff looking through the glass door with a phone out then walked away when he saw us. Very strange and uncomfortable. Overall would recommend for cleanliness and helpfulness of staff, however the lack of facilities is an issue for the price.

We stayed here last week for 4 days and it’s a great hotel. The location is good as we enjoy walks so it’s 20 minutes to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain then nice walks to all the amazing places Rome has to offer. The 24hour kiosk outside is perfect, although not owned by the hotel. We will definitely be back here.

This hotel was charming and close enough to walk to some attractions. The room was lovely, clean and bed comfortable. We had a spa room with an Italian spa. There was no face washer or hair conditioner but there were bidet towels. It must be an Italian thing as we found neither of these in any of the hotels we stayed at. There was no ironing board or iron in the room which meant to you had send out washing. Suggest taking a travel line and underwear hanger. Rooftop bar had great views and was a great place for late afternoon drinks. The hotel does not offer dinner facilities. Overall a great stay.

I travelled here in August and the hotel is a great location. Air conditioning is really powerful and easy to use! A must for Rome in August! Just up the road from the Barberini Square and Spanish steps. Most places are within walking distance. Free maps at reception with tourist spots marked. But it’s far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Some of the hotels closer to the centre looked really noisy as there are bars and cafes outside, this hotel is not. Reception staff are so helpful and show you where to go. There are a few restaurants nearby which you can walk to safely at night. Komi sushi and La Lampada are both really good. Come il latte 24 Via Silvio Spavente is an amazing ice cream shop which is located really close. It’s in the top 10 in Rome. Reasonably priced, try it out . The room is good sized and very clean, not luxurious but not bad either. Bathroom is clean and good sized. There’s a large day bed which can be made up for a child. Breakfast is on the 7th floor and is great. All the usual continental options and cereal tea, coffee, juice (weirdly prune and pear but no orange?) also toast and scrambled eggs and bacon. Also you can order waffles and omelettes although there is a charge for these. The views over Rome are brilliant to see in the morning. It’s not too hot. In the lobby is a bar where hot and cold drinks and alcohol and a few sandwich and salad options. There is a roof top bar open from 5pm which is lovely, cocktails are pricey though. Its pseudo antique but not old or run down. It’s quaint and bijou. This is not a luxury hotel. It’s 4 star so it’s reasonably priced and I think really really good value for money. But it’s got everything you need for a really good hotel in Rome. The staff cannot be faulted, reception staff are particularly lovely. Great English speakers and so so helpful, smartly dressed and professional. I can’t fault this hotel, we had a wonderful holiday and the hotel was ideally placed for us. We walked down the hill to all the attractions in the morning and got taxis back. Although the hop on hop off buses stop just down the street and it’s also on a bus route. We didn’t try the metro. So all in all a great place to stay in a brilliant location.

My family and I recently stayed here (last week) . The hotel is in a great local . Quiet enough so you’re away from the hustle and bustle . But close enough to walk to the city . About 15 min walk into central Rome . When we arrived at the hotel we were given a lovely warm Italian welcome. The reception staff were fab. Really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. The rooms are a little bit tired here and there but it didn’t spoil our stay . Breakfast was basic . The bacon and scrambled eggs were gross . So avoid them, but everything else was well presented , fresh and nice . The coffee was the best I’ve had in any hotel . The views from the restaurant were terrific. I personally wouldn’t rate this as a 4*. Probably a 3* but I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a good base , comfy beds , great staff and clean . With a few licks of paint and some adjustments this hotel could definitely be a 4*. We never used the spa but it looked nice . Thank you for a lovely stay . We really enjoyed it ♥️
