Perfect hotel for those wishing to save money on transport! Loved everything about this place. Hotel rooms are abit small but we barely spent anytime there so it didnt matter to us. Staff were super nice and helpful. Loved our stay, thank you!

Nice staff, nice room and nice breakfast.

早餐豐盛好吃，喜歡藍莓汁和配的荔枝酒，地理位置很好距離羅瓦涅米的一些飯店都很近，處於市中心位置較為繁華雪景很漂亮，剛好遇到的下雪

離火車站有點遠，走路二十五分鐘，下雪天根本沒法走得打車 房間不大，兩張單人床拼成的大床，很不爽，實際睡起來和單人床無異

地理位置便利，酒店門口過馬路就是一家 24小時營業的超市 附近餐廳很多，離中式餐廳走路5分鐘之內就有兩家 酒店可以幫忙叫 Taxi, 就 12/26 當天的價格：羅瓦涅米到聖誕長者村-29歐 單趟

酒店前台服務不錯，餐廳無論在食物或是服務員的服務方面都不錯，其中一個叫Alex 的服務生我比滿分💯在態度同處理方法方面我都十分欣賞他👍🏻 酒店位置在市中心內，睇你要什麼，都幾方便，周圍有幾間不錯吃的餐廳🍴亦有免費泊車 但酒店房內超級細，要打開2個大行李箱已經很吃力，而且隔音十分差！床墊也不太舒適，只有餐廳同服務人員達到星級標準，房間只能算普通。

Tiny room, very misleading. The power in our room tripped when we plugged in a phone charger! Dodgy! It didn’t even have a shower. The bathroom was the shower. I also left my own pillow in the room and came back an hour later and they couldn’t find it. The front desk was no help at all. They told me to come back tomorrow when the housekeepers would be there!

Amazing short break at the Arctic city hotel! The hotel was clean, staff were very attentive and the rooms were perfect (very cosy and well heated for winter). The hotel is just across the road from numerous restaurants, cafes and a shop. A few minutes walk takes you to a path along the river. The hotel is close to the bus stops which take you to/from the airport and the Santa village for a few € ( a lot cheaper than a taxi!). The only slight inconvenience was the shower door, it could have been a bit bigger as the water gets all over the floor and soaks the shower mat, however it does dry very fast due to underfloor heating. Overall a great stay, would definitely come back!

Lovely modern rooms. The best steak I ever had from the restaurant. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. Spotlessly clean Only spoiled by noise from outside but it is in the city centre

The staff is what makes this property remarkable. They were all so accommodating to my questions and needs. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel is safe and clean. Showers are small, just something to keep in mind. Overall, wonderful experience, would definitely recommend.

Our brief stay at Arctic City Hotel was very good. Reception was fantastic. Loved the breakfast each morning. Room was warm and comfortable. Great location.

Nice staff, good location, amazing breakfast. Tiny room, horrid pillows, shower that simply flooded the floor anytime you used it. $400/night was definitely too much for what we received.
