"Wonderful themed hotel 🥰 We spent an entire afternoon just visiting the various themed hotels and their beautiful gardens... One day isn't enough to see everything: Rulantica, Europa Park, and all the themed hotels... They offer a shuttle bus service (the schedule is displayed directly at the pick-up point). After booking on Trip, I received an email directly from the hotel inviting me to pre-register. To access the EuropaPark app, you need to request and receive a new booking number (it's not the same as Trip's). With the app, you can book additional services such as dining at a restaurant or buying tickets for Rulantica and Europa Park. The pool is beautiful, but it's a shame the indoor section is a bit too small for swimming. The pool at the Bell Rock Hotel is better, as it also allows for a quick swim indoors if the day starts to get cold or rainy. The breakfast is excellent... but it's a bit scattered... You have to walk around in all directions to get the various dishes... this is certainly to spread people out and not crowd them in one spot. A corner for savory foods, a corner for cereals, fruit, and salmon in a separate lounge, drinks in other stations, as well as bread, croissants, etc. Everything is truly excellent and high-quality. We were there 10 years ago (July 13, 2015, the day after Europa Park celebrated its 40th anniversary) with our son (on that occasion we stayed at the Bell Rock Hotel and upon our arrival we received an amazing upgrade to one of the lighthouse suites... I think it was the best day we could have had... superlative and impeccable service that we never imagined could exist... At reception they even gave us laser-engraved apples with the image of the cute little mouse... Breakfast at the Ammolite restaurant, the Ahoi Heimat suite, the Bell Rock hotel will always be Number One... Thank you, Europa Park, for existing 🥰💖✨"

"I loved this best house! From now on, my mom and I will always book in the same room we stayed in this time. Room 6. This room had everything we needed. It had: 4 beds 2 Bed rooms 1 bathroom A mini fridge Even a TV! The breakfast was so clean and the food was amazing! It is a few minutes walk from Europa park and as a child, I really recommend this area for you and your family ❤️"

"When we arrived we were very disappointed because we had booked a apartment and we found only 2 small bedrooms, a mini-dresser for 4 adults, a high bed that quit, a refrigerator we could not use because it was packed with buying things by the renter,in the bathroom was a douche door defect and the only stick in the bathroom did not go and the clothes were read to wish! The TV was not going at all and the outer chalosia went to close with power! Since we 4 adults were definitely too small and not as described, because we booked a apartment!!! We were forced to eat in the evening because we had no own kitchen! For evening entertainment we had to spend our time at a mini-bar and small hockers where not even all cards to play matched! So the only good thing was that we had only a few minutes to the park and the renter himself was very friendly! Fortunately we were only 2 days there otherwise you wouldn't have been able to do that"
