Awesome hotel in a secluded corner of the island. I nice straight road leads to La Frontera, 12 minutes drive. I personally loved it. We slept listening to the ocean waves as our balcony had an ocean view. Thank you

Me sorprendió la tranquilidad y belleza del lugar con vistas espectaculares al mar. Trato excelente de todo el personal. Recomendable 100% Lo único que le doy un punto negativo es a la poca iluminación del exterior del lugar porque es un entornor muy bonito para pasear de noche pero debido a la poca iluminación no se pudo. Liked · Beautifully situated, and a lovely place to be able to switch off. The staff were also very good and I was very happy with the service I received there Disliked · Sadly the evening meal, although a good price and quite tasty was still a disappoin**ent, not very large, and for someone like me who was cycling around the Island I needed fuel. In asking what the dishes consisted of I think there may have been a misinterpretation due to the language . Although that's my issue as I am in Spain and can't speak Spanish very well

The hotel has a lovely position by the sea and it also has some fabulous views of the mountains as well. We had a first floor sea view and the room was very clean & comfortable. No safe but you can make tea/coffee in your room. Our evening meal was good, nothing spectacular but we enjoyed the ribs, the restaurant lacks a**osphere. Breakfast doesn't start until 8.30am, which is very late especially if you are going out walking. Breakfast had a good buffet selection but nothing hot available. We were disappointed that we were unable to book a massage/trea**ent in the two days that we were the there as the hotel was not particularly busy. Reception was a bit hit and miss, we had to keep reminding them about our picnics, which were forgotten on both days. The restaurant service is good. We did a nice walk from the hotel to the Arco de la Toscas (a natural stone sea arch) which is about 9km return. There is a bus stop outside the hotel but I think the bus is quite infrequent. It is a hike up to Sabinosa but there is a footpath which will avoid most of the road. The pool has some loungers and a good view of the mountains but we didn't use the pool. There is a bar/restaurant opposite the hotel where we enjoyed an early evening beer.

I booked a room with ocean view. I received a written confirmation "with ocean view", but in the same confirmation a remark was written "room with mountain or ocean view". When I sent an email to the hotel to ask confirmation of the ocean view, an extra amount of 10 euro per day was asked to guarantee the ocean view. This looks like fraud, because I booked a room with ocean view, and I will not pay extra to get it. Of course I can prove everything I wrote here with screenshots and documents. I have the strong feeling that this is no error in the booking process, but a policy to create confusion and ask for supplements. I cancelled the reservation. Take care with this hotel !

Das Hotel ist ganz nett, leider hat uns die doppelte Abbuchung für den Aufenthalt alles vermießt. Trotz eindeutiger Bankbelege und stundenlangen Aufklärens etc war es der inkompetenten Buchaltung nicht möglich die Transaktionen zu finden. Es ging nicht nur uns so. Unmöglich.

Me alojé en este hotel con amigos para hacer senderismo, un hotel correcto, pero nuestra sorpresa fue que en el bufet del desayuno el segundo día, el guia de un grupo organizado que se alojaba allí nos pidió que no usáramos una mesa grande y la única con vistas al mar del comedor, porque era “su mesa”. En efecto al día siguiente le colocaron un cartel de reserva para esa agencia catalana. , preguntamos la razón y nos dijeron que ese grupo “desayunaba temprano”. No era cierto, el resto de nuestra estancia estuvo vacía o con dos personas, mientras el resto de clientes desayunaba sin vistas al mar . Clientes de primera y de segunda.

Uno de los mejores sitios para qued**** en el El Hierro. Las habitaciones bien, con todas las comodidades. El desayuno bufet muy completo y la comida muy rica. Para aparcar hay hueco siempre en la puerta. Primera línea de mar y con vistas a la montaña

Únicamente fui a almorzar con mi familia y salimos encantados. Un menú de 24 euros (bebida a parte) con muchas opciones para elegir. Todo lo que pedimos estaba buenísimo y raciones más que suficientes. La camarera ha sido muy amable y servicial. No recuerdo su nombre, pero era una chica bajita con el pelo castaño oscuro. El restaurante bonito y acogedor con vistas al mar. Una experiencia para repetir.
