Worst hotel experience ever. They cancelled my stay 3 days after I paid and got a confirmation of booking first saying they cannot check in after 10 even though it says 24 hrs on the site - I said I will check in around 11 pm they said ok, only to send me a text message, to say they are cancelling because of bad weather!?? Very unprofessional and inconvenient, leaving me with no options in thw middle of the night. This never happened in any of the hotels before
What is worse. It has now been 10 days and I still have not resolved the situation with the refund either. It takes days to reply to any of my messages. The worst customer service/hotel experience ever, unheard of.
Don't book here because your booking confirmation doesn't mean anything and may not even get your money back!
