На следующее утро менеджер ответил оправданиями и даже попытался переложить на нас вину. После жаркого аргумента они неохотно согласились вернуть нашу вторую ночь, чтобы мы могли уйти. Однако они утверждали, что у них нет наличных денег, и единственный вариант - ждать до утра понедельника. У нас не было достаточно наличных, чтобы заплатить за альтернативу в субботу вечером, поэтому нам пришлось вернуться в Лилонгве. Уикенд был разорван. Владельцы живут в Лилонгве и явно не заинтересованы в том, чтобы вложить в отель какие-либо деньги. Абсолютно нулевое обслуживание или обучение обслуживания клиентов. Лучше всего отеля-это невероятный фотограф, который снял фотографии, которые вы можете увидеть на картах Google! Кстати, эти фотографии похожи на 10 лет. Очень вводящее. Уклоняйтесь от этого места. Есть гораздо более эффективные варианты."

We were in love with this well maintained vast property, which is a blend of forest and lake, foot trails with tree shades, blooming lotuses under the classic bridgeway, avenues for stunning photography, long beach and a clean swimming pool. Receptionist-Ms. Bert gave us a warm welcome and assistance as and when needed. We will recommend this resort to friends and family !!"
