I had torn towels, the sheets were torn, the food still needs to be worked on, there were no cakes, there were only some creams.amenities was just soap

Esta bien ubicado las instalaciones son grandes el bus que viene del aeropuerto pasa frente al hotel súper cerca de la parada. Lo malo se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los palillos y escaleras. ! La comida normal de hotel la atención de los camareros muy amables un placer coincidir con Lorena excelente y encantadora de lo más bonito que he conocido en Ibiza ojalá más personas especiales como ella ! Gracias a ella la estadía genial el hotel como cualquier otro nada en especial !

Just returned from 7 night stay here with 3 friends all inclusive. Fantastic value for money hotel . The hotel was clean and in a nice quiet location - but not far from all the major nightlife. Lovely 20 min walk into centre or u can easily get a taxi in for 7 euros. Rooms good size with balcony, fresh towels when needed. Big bonus for us was the adults only pool- peaceful and always got Sunbeds . David at the bar , and all the bar staff were excellent . Lovely drinks - everything we wanted. Even made us up a baby Guiness which was huge. Restaurant staff equally as good with special mentions for Jorge and Lorena. Food very good . Fresh fruit and salads. Bread,soup , pasta with sauce , chips and kids stuff. Always had several different meat dishes and a fish one . Different veg and potatoes. Theme nights (Mexican, Chinese ) all lovely. Was so much better than I expected from a 3 star. The only negative was that the walls were thin so could be noisy . Always have earplugs with me so not a problem Would definitely stay here again. Had a fabulous time

Just stayed here with 5 friends and we have not one complaint. Whole experience was excellent. The food was so good, so much choice with different food being cooked fresh on the grill. Staff were hard working and the place was immaculate. We loved the adults only pool and the roof top pool, bar staff were very friendly. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels everyday, ours had a pool view so was beautiful Would definitely go back

Just got back from the Bergantin and what can i say wow. At first i was a little concerned from the negative reviews and their pictures, however i was soon reassured when i arrived. The walk up to reception is lovely very tranquil, playing chilled out music, lovely greenery and the gardens are spotless. I felt relaxed soon as i arrived with the tranquil setting this hotel has created. Check in was smooth even though our room wasnt ready we was able to get some lovely food and a drink, therefore wasnt an issue. Our room was spotless very clean and smelt clean too. We had a side seaview and a garden view from our balcony which was beautiful. Even the corridors leading to the rooms are spotless and smelt clean and fresh everyday. Our room was cleaned daily so thank you to the cleaners who do an amazing job as they really do work hard keeping the place spotless. The pool areas are also very clean and always plenty of sunbeds available. We stayed all inclusive the poolside snacks and drinks were fantastic, plenty of snacks to choose from. Would like to mention Isa at the poolside bar she gives 100 percent customer service to the guests. She always has a beaming smile to welcome you and can tell she genuinely loves her job. Well done Isa and lovely to meet you! The restaurant was also very clean and the staff in the restaurant from the chefs to the waiting staff all work exceptionally hard. I couldnt fault any of the waitressing staff, all constantly working hard and going out their way to give you the best holiday. David at the bar also very accommodating always looking forward to making you a drink. The entertainment staff all very welcoming and engage with all the guests young and old. The hotel cat is also a nice touch and comes into the reception most mornings and evenings to say hello to the guests so cute 🥰. The hotel is in a great location close to the beach near all the shops and bars but tucked out the way so you get a relaxing stay at the same time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely return. I would rate the hotel as a 4 star not a 3. Sad to be home and cant wait to re book. I went All Inclusive as I was a solo traveller. The facilities were good and the food was lovely, plenty of choice and as a Solo customer I felt safe and noticed. The staff were very helpful and kind and the animation team were very good with the children and adults engaging appropriately with the various ages and with a good mix of live entertainment. The dining room staff were very efficient and helpful with the Maitre de making me feel very welcome. The reception staff were very good at helping with any enquiries I made and particular the young lady Ana. Only slight negative comments are that there was no air conditioning and slightly noisy between rooms.

Had a great time , staff are friendly especially David the barman . Food was excellent, enough choice and plenty of it . The pools are great , plenty of sun-beds. There is also an adult only pool. Hotel also has a rooftop bar with amazing views . Met some fantastic people , even a few travelling alone but everyone was so friendly. Had the best 5 nights . The hotel is not too far from the centre for those wanting to party . But still plenty of extra bars and restaurants that are local. I can’t fault this 3 star hotel as had no issues myself . It even had a resident cat . I had a premium room on 5th floor with a sea view . Taxi to and from airport 30 euros each way about 30 mins . I will definitely return here. I

Currently staying at the Bergantin This is our seventh or eighth time now and that says it all. Ideally situated for public transport. Shops and of course the beach. The room is adequate and cleaned daily by hard working staff The food is varied and Spoiled for choice only downside is that it can be tepid so beware food like rice etc to stay safe. Restaurant staff are all hard working especially a lady called Lorena who goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and welcomed. I see the sunset lounge doesn't open now till 15.00 and that's a shame as last year and all the years we've been coming it opened at 11.00 I think. It can make it crowded around the pool because of this. Finally..... I've been drinking wine now for over forty years .... Every grape variety from around the world. I mentioned this last year about the white wine on draft in the restaurant and how it was vile... It still is... Rather than waste it I mixed it with Fanta to make it more drinkable.. Even with Fanta it was horrid. I can honestly say that is the WORST WHITE IVE EVER HAD SO MUCH SO I EVEN WOULDN'T USE IT IN COOKING. TRY THE RED WINE... ITS A BIT BETTER THAN THE WHITE.
