Where do I start… me and my friend paid for all inclusive, which did not meet the criteria. I.e the cocktails are made from a machine, tasting like they do not include alcohol, more like juice. Also, having to pay an extra charge of 2 euros per cup to use for the duration of the holiday. The food variety is minimal, repetitive and not nice, ( only few food items are labelled & the majority of the food is cold ). We struggled to find anything we liked, therefore felt the need to go elsewhere for food in the evening. However, this was very costly. We also had to pay an extra charge of 16 euros for two towels plus a 10 euro deposit which is given back at the end of your stay, however the 16 euros is not given back. The beach area including sun beds does not facilitate for all guests, there is rarely any beds. And, the sun beds surrounding the pool are very flimsy, uncomfortable. The reception area is small and old fashioned, including a lift which is dated and unstable. On the subject of the reception, we also had to pay an extra charge of 2 euros for a bottle of water. Online when we booked it stated that the snack bar is open until 12 midnight, this is false. And I feel that the pictures/information is false advertisement, does not include everything. The room tax for 5 nights was 22 euros for two guests, this was also not written on the holiday booking. Myself and my friend are only happy about our room ( very spacious & lovely ) , also the outside area. Although, the tv is audio only and our fridge was not on and ready to use when we arrived. We raised these issues with a receptionist and feel as if we wasn’t being heard, we were being spoken to very defensively. Nothing yet has been sorted, awaiting to speak with the manager about our issues with the hotel. I would never return here in the future!
