Brickell Apart Hotel

Muy bonito apartamento hotel en muy buena zona,el área social de la piscina es muy espectacular

I loved it it was close to alot of places and at night the site was so beautiful it was like home away from home i will be staying there again i was sad to leave it was incredibly beautiful hotel apar**ents A1

Pros: I felt safe. The hotel was clean. The decor and aesthetic were pleasing in the aparthotel, pool area/ gym/lobby. Cons: no basic condiments like salt, pepper,sugar coffee. The property only provides two complementary bottles of water for your stay and they do not provide paper towels. The bathrooms light is on a timer so when you’re in the shower you have to keep coming out of the shower to tap the sensor. They provide one bathroom rug which gets drenched when the shower is on and there’s no place to hang the rug to dry. Noisy mon-Friday because there’s a school across the street, kids screaming. The younger staff working there are very kind. However there is an older manager female who is assertive but customer service is not her forte, her demeanor was very condescending and snobby. When leaving the hotel they had me wait 5/10 min to take a video of the conditions on which I left the aparthotel. I left it clean. The manager proceeded to let me know that they would not refund my deposit because of a small stain that was on a white towel from tanning lotion but the manager insisted was make up (which I did not wear on my stay) To my knowledge towels should be replaceable, should this be the case then the hotel should just not offer towels at all. The younger girl was very nice and was able to speak to the cleaning lady and have my deposit refunded. Overall good stay, but service improvements should be made.

The AC constantly stopped working. Security was shouting that it’s now fixed. It just kept stop working. You have to call security Everytime you want to go to your floor

when we didn't wake up in the morning there was no water to shower. when we complained at the reception we were ignored and they showed us the gardeners using water. but we told him that there was not a drop on the 10th floor.

Wonderful facility and excellent customer service. Highly recommend it for family or business trip.

I didn't like the check out process. They didnt anyone available to check me out. I ended up getting my deposit refunded or released to me 5 days after because no one knew that i had checked out.

Nice property with a comfortable clean room .. in a nice area . Only issues and these are serious ... it's a sixteen-story building, and the property has NO fire alarm, sprinkler system or even portable fire extinguishers on site ... it is a disaster waiting to happen. I would not want to be on the upper floors in case of a fire and oh the rooms have kitchens with gas stoves .. crazy dangerous. ******* needs to warn this property.

I felt at home, the property is all very good but the customer service is horrible.
