Perfect location and friendly stuff

在Santorini 留了3晚，住了2間酒店🏨。第一晚是比較貴的洞穴酒店，然後就搬到這間酒店。雖然這間沒有海景，從房間只可看到一小角的Blue Domed Church Santorini，但這裡的reception 跟bell boy 都友善很多。reception 的笑容很親切，bell boy 很樂意從之前的酒店附近為我們搬行李到Museum Project Oia。離開的那天，又為我們搬行李到巴士站。他們還會為我們預備豐富的早餐🥣，準備好後，又會來敲我們的房門叫我們到泳池邊享用。 酒店房間有點細小，不能夠完全打開一個大喼。房內有張小桌子，上面放滿咖啡機、水煲、杯、電話等。用的時候怕骨牌效應般推跌所有東西，要格外小心。慶幸我們選了在泳池邊享用早餐，而不是在房內。我真的不敢想像怎樣在房內用餐🍴每邊床頭有電掣位差電。近房門位有衣櫃。 洗手間有點小。企缸沒有浴簾，又沒有任何玻璃遮擋，所以洗澡🛁時會把整個洗手間也弄濕。洗手間內有個小氣窗面向後街，但不能緊緊關上，所以可清楚聽見👂街上的聲音。慶幸沒有車能抵達，只是間中有行人🚶經過，未算太嘈吵。酒店有提供個人清潔用品，而且是希臘🇬🇷著名品牌Korres！ 從酒店房去泳池，沒有一條通道可直達。我們得先走到滿滿人潮的商店街，轉個彎，走進小巷，才可到達泳池。所以要游水，只穿泳衣🩱浴袍會有點尷尬😳，要穿著整齊衣服，有點麻煩。但從繁忙商店街，走到寧靜的泳池，躺在大圓形戶外椅，望著雲也不多嚿的天空，望著小貓🐈走過，聽著小鳥的聲音，又覺得好舒適。只是泳池不是暖水池，我們是6月入住酒店，仍覺得水溫較冷。 早餐雖不是自助式，但好豐富。一人份量有水果/希臘乳酪、奄列/希臘式炒蛋、2片法包🥖、多士/班戟、橙汁、熱飲。對女士們來說，量真的很多，應該不能吃完，又或是飽得不用吃午餐。 整體來說，酒店值得推薦，位置方便，就在商店街，不用10分鐘便到巴士站。房間亦打掃🧹得乾淨。

An old mansion in the centre of Oia. The staff was helpful and the rooms very clean. The pool was cold but clean and so we didn't had the chance to have the full pool area experience. The breakfast was fresh and handmade. Thank you Kosta and Fotis for your kindness!

This place is magical and unique I relaxed and transformed myself in a beautiful a**osphere with amazing people. The 360 view of the roof is unique and the staff super friendly Every corner of this beautiful boutique hotel is a masterpiece The hidden garden with the pool allows u to relax fully in the heart of this amazing place Oia I will definitely be back

Excellent design and decoration! The hospitality is exceptional!! The view of the roof terrace has 360 views! And all these in the heart of Oia with no need to climb up stairs!! Will definitely visit again.

I've loved the place! Amazing pool area, an oasis in the crowded centre! Clean rooms with great taste! The staff happy and helpful, especially Mary and Dim who helped us and spoiled us! The breakfast was tasty but limited options. I hope to come back one day!

At first glance, this hotel seems fine: picturesque entrance, great location in the heart of Oia. It has a good baggage service and the breakfast is also good. However, stay the night, and this hotel really reveals itself as 'The Bad Place'. The shower/wet area is tiny (the smallest I've ever experienced) AND mouldy. No matter how careful you are, one use will saturate the entire bathroom. (Very unpleasant for the person who goes second). The appliances (a/c and small fridge) are particularly noisy. If this wasn't enough, we found other guests unusually discourteous and noisy. Playing music in the corridor, slamming doors, talking/arguing outside our door late at night ... This happened EVERY night for several nights, leaving us sleep deprived when we left Santorini. Many of these noise and bathroom issues could be minimised simply by better design. Of course, we told this to the management, who listened and did nothing. Disappointing for the premium prices that this place charges.

Absolutely blown away by the location of this hotel. Right in the centre of Oia on the level main street which was perfect for exploring and seeing everything that there is to see. Saw on many occasions people stopping to take pictures of the pretty steps with flowers outside. The rooms were spacious and modern, with pretty shutters and still retaining a nice character. There was a lovely communal terrace outside the main door overlooking the main street which was a nice space to sit and people watch. Behind the hotel was the real gem as you stepped into a really pretty little oasis where the pool was situated with gorgeous floating loungers and nice little pool bar. We spent our last day here as we had a late flight and it was perfect (and the cocktails were pretty reasonable for the location). There were loads of lovely dinner/breakfast spots right beside the hotel also, along with the infamous dome view. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful and were so accommodating for us; especially as I arrived in a boot and crutches so they helped us with bags to and from the hotel (thank you Carlos!). Special shout out also to Anta in reception who was very patient changing our transfers for us when the ferry changed last minute and then again when it ended up being late. For a very popular and busy location I felt that this hotel was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. There were just two areas that we weren't thrilled about but we could overlook because everything else was fantastic. Firstly, the main door in the hotel is a beautiful old large door but one that slammed really easily and made a big noise. So at night when people were coming in and not being careful it did wake us up multiple times and it was difficult to sleep (so bring your earphones!). Secondly, the shower in our bathroom was tiny and didn't have a door so when we did shower there was water everywhere (a bit slippy, especially as I was unstable with a sprained ankle). Suggest at a minimum offering an extra couple of bat mats in these rooms with this set up so that it's easier to dry everything down after a shower.

The location is prefect, on the main street and so accessible to everything in the village. The front of the hotel is pretty. We had seen many people stopped and climbed up the stairs to take the picture with the beautiful flowers. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help you. Anta arranged the pick-up for us from the port and Karlo came down near the post office to meet us - he also helped my daughter with her luggage and walked with us to the check-in office. The breakfast was included with our stay. We picked the Santorini breakfast style and loved it. The fresh squeezed OJ was so good. Thanks to the staff who brought the breakfast to our room every morning. The room services was awesome. A free big bottle of water was left on the table for us every day. Pool was clean with many chairs and some beds for sun-bathing. You can get the towels at the bar. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The bus station is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We took the bus to explore Fira on one of the days. Check-out was easy. Anta also arranged a ride for us to get to Santorini airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
